Once we got the table together, it looks and functions well, however, it took power tools and a precision chisel to assemble, as the partially assembled table-top pieces didn’t all line up. We were unable to attach one of the legs without shaving down some excess wood in a very tight spot. Luckily we own a dremel and a set of Japanese chisels, or we might’ve had to return it. Once fixed, it assembled easily, seems sturdy and the open/close mechanism is a dream compared to my actual vintage table...
