I will never order from your store again. This item took over 4 months to be delivered with no real updates until it was on its way. Then required a signature for delivery. Luckily I was home but nobody called to schedule it and if I would have missed it I would’ve been more irate and just sent it back for a refund.

It's nice looking and good for knick-knacks, but it's a poor bookcase: the openings on the sides are very large and books will just fall through. So you need bookends on every shelf, and not just any bookends, but big heavy expensive ones because the bookcase is so wide. I mentioned. The response I got back from Sellwood was not sympathetic "It is described by the manufacturer as a bookcase" - which tells me "hey, we don't really know our products, we just ship them" I guess buying "locally" is ...
