The chair is beautiful, comfortable and seemingly solidly built! A minor shipping issue was a concern, but as soon as we contacted Route to discuss, Isaac jumped on it in a way that few Customer Service Specialists with other companies would! 5 Stars across the board!!

We started off with just a couple pieces but ended up with the entire Robyn Collection set (bed, 2 night stands, dresser, mirror, chest) and are very pleased with both the look and quality. Very good value for the price. The elimination of the need for box springs improves the appearance of the bed eliminating bulkiness without losing the functionality.

The chairs are heavy duty and beautiful. They are larger than expected, and don’t allow a lot of clearance between the bottom of the table and your legs. I’m glad 3 chairs fit on each side of the table. They seem to be great quality and were easy to put together.

I was skeptical, just because I'm a skeptic. But this was like 2 or 3 hundred less than other places we found online. Delivery was on time and professional, the sofa itself has no flaws and we've been really digging it. It's lightweight but still feels sturdy.

Great coffee table! Size is exactly what I was looking for, I appreciate the additional storage below, and very easy to assemble. I am still waiting for my couch to arrive so I might have wished that the coffee table was a little bit higher but again I'm not sure exactly since I'm waiting for my couch. Overall a great find for a great price!

I contacted Sellwood Furniture where I purchased the Arezzo Marble console table. They replied that I musts contact Route package protection.
