I haven't dug into my most recent order yet, but my last order was not so good. A couple of the cans had been punctured. I realize that isn't necessarily Leilo 's fault, but I lost two cans. Of the remaining cans, roughly half of them has some sort of slimy, chunky material in them that I had never experienced before with any kava seltzer I've tried. So, I ruled that out as normal. But I really didn’t feel anything. I had the whole can and I just really can’t say I felt any different.
I was really hoping to feel tingling in my body like I have heard. Or at least a little more relaxed. I will probably try two cans next time.

I have only tried 1 beverage so far so I really want to preface that!
I liked it and it was enjoyable to sip on, but I didn’t necessarily feel any calming effects or assist with help to relax before bed.
I think I’m going to try one when I actually feel stressed and see what happens.
