100% satisfaction guarantee on checkout page is a lie. customer service is unresponsive despite not opening or using the product even though they’d offer a refund if it was “damaged during shipping / delivery”. i could just lie about that and get a refund but being honest leaves me with drinks i cant even drink due to a health complication and no refund. Feedback: please consider better protective packaging for your cans. I bought the 12 pack of Moscow mule and every single can was dinged and blemished from the journey. It’s a shame because I was having my friends try them but I kept having ti make excuse as to why the cans were all messed up!

Despite paying for highest tier delivery (fastest), product arrived about a week late, after being told I was going to be given a refund because they phased out the product, just for the refund to never come because apparently, to my luck, they had one bottle left. Communication between text, email, and carrier service differed greatly. Other than that the product is top tier albeit the new product of focus pales in value compared to former extract capsules.
