Performs better than expected! Real steel with a real blade that’s not stainless. Very smooth ergonomic cutting that’s hand and wrist friendly. Sheath is amazing with real leather, not faux.

So I am relatively new to the cooking game and this knife caught my eye. Here are the things I found about the knife: 1 - It just looks cool. Don't discount this factor. It's big. 2 - Unbelievably sharp. 3 - Well balanced. While on the larger size, it was surprisingly wieldable. 4 - Good construction. 5 - The large blade acts as a really useful "scoop" for chopped stuff. 6 - Leather sheath is nice, but not crucial as it comes with a cloth one. I would absolutely recommend. Don't think about it....

The knife feels great. It’s heavy and nicely contoured, but rugged and sturdy. It feels like something out of a medieval movie. Slicing vegetables is easy and enjoyable. Even over-ripe tomatoes are no match for this thing.

When I first got the gator day truth, that is a Cayman already cut me why just try and take out the package beautiful design on both of them got the gator and the eagle. The eagle is so beautiful. I’m going to use it on my steaks and the gator is gonna be used for pork chops for tonight. I love it. Have a handles feels good and comfortable.

Sits right alongside all my favorite knives. Its in my daily use rotation. Great for quartering fowl. The point is precise but stout and works smoothly into joints to separate them efficiently and with authority. My daughter gave me an early Christmas present, the Promaja knife. This is the coolest and most bad ass knife I have ever owned. I really like the weight of it, not too heavy, but you know that you are holding a serious blade. Sharp isn't the word for this, it's like a huge razor, cuts through anything like it's butter. I highly recommend Coolina hand crafted knives.

The Kapeni is a well built knife/cleaver that is RAZOR SHARP the full length of the blade so be careful. It was the first one I used. The ONLY complaint I have it that it DOES NOT come with a sheath like the others.

This Butcher knife is by far the heaviest meat cleaver I have ever used! I trimmed down some chicken wings to smoke and used this cleaver, and it chopped through bone and cartilage like none other. I’m a bigger guy that has a history of working out as a firefighter and this cleaver is a beast! Daddy likie!

This knife came in very sharp. I still used my sharpener due to ensuring all burns were removed, but when I cut into my steak the first time, it cut like butter. I am a heavy cooking utensil lover, heavy equals long life! Today as a matter of fact I used my knife to cut a tomato for a BLT sandwich, again cut through the tomato like butter. These are really cool looking functional knifes that should hold their edges very good. I like them, worth the money.

This thing out of the box it extremely sharp , I mean perfect edge! This is a very very balanced knife note wash dry and immediately oil every use to prevent any rust , ive cut turkey chickens brisket quail ect. And this knife holds its edge remarkably well. This is the perfect kitchen knife. Built very solid and has a good feel to it. It is weighted perfectly and extremely functional. The sheath that it comes with is well made but will stay in the box because I will be using regularly. Definitely buy again and highly recommend.

This knife lives up to its looks its sturdy light and maneuverable i dropped it on accident and nicked the blade pretty bad with little effort i was able to work out the damage i caused and got it back to the insanely sharp edge that it came with this bad boy is worth every penny just like the other knife i bought from this site

For the price of it, It’s and amazing knife!! It came very sharp and polished very well. One thing I will say is I’m not too sure about the sheath it comes with. As it’s kinda flimsy and doesn’t really fit the knife, BUT, it gets the job done!
