I’ve purchased 5 knives now. Each is unique and serves its purpose well. They hold a great edge and perform wonderfully! I bought the mystery knife and was pleasantly surprised. It travels with me everywhere now. Along with the big chopper in the picture. Even as large as it is, I can use it to cut delicate items too. Overall, very impressed.

These knives are superb!!! I felt like I was cutting through hot butter when I was cutting through and butchering a whole beef shoulder. I have been through multiple knives from Japanese steel to multiple different German and western steel knives. These have definitely upped my kitchen skill and they are a beautiful talking piece when guests are around.

This is my go-to knife to cut anything significant in the kitchen. It gives me precision control for slicing cheeses to splitting dehydrated veggies dried too long in the fridge, and allows one to power through the toughest challenges with ease, because of its sturdy design and construction. I like these coolina knives so much, I converted a different one to a hatchet style for outdoor landscape use by replacing the handle with a longer, wooden hammer handle. Thank you, Coolina!

This the third one of these I have ordered of the super sharp knives with their leather sheafs. The perfect sized to take to the woods for skinning, flaying and camp work. Takes a few licks on their stone I ordered from them then back to so sharp. The handle and grip are just right.

My mystery knife is a cross between a Shark knife and something that resembles the nail of a hawks claw. A couple days after receiving it, I brought it to a community barbecue where of all the knives available, the head cook chose to use this one for its design is perfectly matched for cutting tricut ribs and other dibs. I knew it was going to be good. And yet it out performed all others there. Excellence in design and workmanship. Thank you.

I got the butchers knife as my mystery knife. Of the 6 knives I purchased this one is the best in hand. In all knives I have ever owned it is the best in hand. Designed with controllability and balance I am confident with every slice. I used to work with a scalpel, and I think this blade might handle better (though not as sharp and small). It’s my favorite of the knives, but it sees some of the least use since I do little carving off the carcass and more cutting on a board.

This knife worked perfectly to tidy up the turkey carcass tonight. I got beautiful slices for sandwiches tomorrow and smaller pieces for soup. I was able to get all the meat off the bones very easily and quickly. What an excellent product!!

I can't give a review at the present time because I am in the middle of moving to a new house and don't want to take out and unwrap the knifes until I get all moved in. I did open the boxes and hold the knifes but never took off the plastic wrap and blade guard that are on the knifes so I don't have to worry about damaging them in the move.
