This one and the Promaja are my two favorites after buying an assortment of these knives (5 in total). I like the bigger ones better than the smaller ones. If you were only getting one or two, this should be in the mix. The smaller knives are good, but not all that different from a few I already had. I am used to French skillets, some of which can rust and need to be seasoned, so the cleaning and maintenance is simple enough to accept on the knives.

I had this for over a year and as an amateur home cook it is my go to knife. Keeps an edge for a very long time and may be bit heavy for some folks but I really like weight and let it work for me when carving or dicing. Great knife to add to your collection or as a gift.

This is a very comfortable blade for slicing meats and veggies. Absolutely razor sharp. Beautiful workmanship. This is one of four knives I bought, with one as a gift. The leather sheaths, nice as they are, aren't necessary since a blade protector and fabric sheath is included, and they hold a special place in my knife drawer. You won't be disappointed if you buy a set.

I’ve purchased 5 knives now. Each is unique and serves its purpose well. They hold a great edge and perform wonderfully! I bought the mystery knife and was pleasantly surprised. It travels with me everywhere now. Along with the big chopper in the picture. Even as large as it is, I can use it to cut delicate items too. Overall, very impressed.

These knives are superb!!! I felt like I was cutting through hot butter when I was cutting through and butchering a whole beef shoulder. This is my go-to knife to cut anything significant in the kitchen. It gives me precision control for slicing cheeses to splitting dehydrated veggies dried too long in the fridge, and allows one to power through the toughest challenges with ease, because of its sturdy design and construction. I like these coolina knives so much, I converted a different one to a hatchet style for outdoor landscape use by replacing the handle with a longer, wooden hammer handle. Thank you, Coolina!
