This knife lives up to the hype. It's amazing. The feel and balance is like no other knife I've used. I looked around alot at websites that offer imitations to this knife and am glad I chose the real deal. Everything it does is easy and effortless. I use it every single day sometimes 3 times a day for the last month and I havent had to even think about sharpening it. Sharp, sexy, and the best knife I've owned.

I didn’t know what to except to get, when I ordered my knives. I order 4 , I told myself don’t expect a top grade knife. But as soon as I opened up the first one I was very impressed. I’m a part time butcher, I have been butchering for a few years . I will used them this Saturday and I can’t wait. The quality blew me away. If anyone have doubts about these knifes buy one., and like me you will buy every knife they make.

I liked the knives. I bought one for a friend, and the second for myself. The models are the same, but as you can see in the photo vary greatly in size. I understand that they are hand-forged and cannot be identical and that the size of the knife is not as important as the ability to use it. But the difference is striking. Thanks anyway.

This was a Christmas gift for my son, an outdoors men who likes to cook with he harvests. Its’ first use was on a 3 lb.+ Tomahawk steak. It worked exactly as anticipated! The hand-forged look, beautiful finish, and extremely sharp cutting edge was all perfect. The storage sheath (with a belt loop) that comes with it was an added bonus. I also ordered the leather sheath for outdoor use. He was very pleased with the look and quality of all!

The cutting board is beautiful and great quality! Love the heaviness and the look of it as well. We have ordered most of the knives, whetstone, cutting board, and 2 pans. We obviously love the quality and look of these items. Can’t wait to see what else they come up with….how about a magnetic knife wood piece you can hang and attach the knives to. That would be awesome!

I almost did not purchase this knife because I thought it was going to be small. I am glad I made the decision to purchase it. It is probably my favorite coolina knife to use. Its extremely sharp and weighted a bit on the heavy side. Which allows me tonuse it for just about everything. The curve in the bottom of the blade keeps your fingers away from the cutting surface. The handle is strong and well put together. Amazing knife!!

Great knife! The high carbon steel holds a sharp edge longer than more expensive non corrosive metals. My only gripe is I wish the sheath would be included with the asking price for the knife.

I love the weight but just wish the top would be sharp and it wasn't as sharp as i like but overall i love the hell out of it use it for everything i can!!! I keep it oiled with cooking oil and almost have it to a keen sharpness!!! Plan on getting more more !!!

This knife is very sharp! The shape takes some getting used to because you’re cutting from higher up, but the weight is great. Also really great for cutting then scooping food up because the blade is so large. Only issue I’ve noticed is you need to keep the blade pretty dry because It can rust easily, and keep it lightly oiled after use. This picture is after about 2 weeks of use. Will get another type of knife from them eventually.

From the first time I used it I knew the knife was a solid tool to use in my restaurant. Sharp is an understatement! The edge holds up very nicely throughout a variety of produce being prepped. I have cut both onions and tomatoes so thin I could see light through the slice! And after 2 weekends of prep, the blade still has a great edge.

Honestly when I first held the Promaja I felt it was too forward or blade heavy. But after a few minutes of putting it to work it became very comfortable. And not long became a beast of a chopper. Made short work of my prep. Really starting to love this blade. Cheers!

Even if I didn't have the Lixy I could make it through a whole hog and all the garden with this. Easily parts out whole chickens and separates St. Louis ribs from the riblets.

Flesh and bone know you mean business when you bring this to the table. The weight and comfort of the handle are amazing! I had no idea how serious this cleaver was when I bought my first four knives. It's almost too much for not butchering a whole large animal, but you'll be glad you chose it for just a chicken...

You want tomato slices so thin that you need 5 just to taste them? Look no further. This thing will slice fruits and veggies so thin you'd think grocery prices are up... Oh wait.
