This is my 3rd Coolina knife. So sharp I peeled the tip if middle finger back sliding the knife into the leather sheeth. These knives are awesomely sharp. I was more in a hurry than I should of been so that's how it goes. Great knives, cut anything from Ham, raw meat like no tomorrow, Turkey & Chicken, fingers if they get in the way, Lol.

WOW! Black handle. Most impressive on the magnet strip on wall. Love these knives! Unfortunately, the handles are different colors and you won't know if they match until you receive them. If you are purchasing them for use as sets of two or three, it might be important. They don't look all that great on the magnet strips when one or two are black and the others are brown -- even light brown. I had to purchase way more than planned to make up sets of 2 or 3. You WILL love the knives, how...

I have not used a wet stone Yet But I will use it to maintain the sharpness of my knives. I like mine 🔪 really sharp. I am a butcher by trade so I love sharp knives That are razor sharp There's not unlike a knife cutting through deer skin like Butter. I maintain all my Hunton buddies Knives for them.

Hands down my favorite knife, when I saw it I knew it was meant to be mine, have already knicked myself, so be careful it is incredibly sharp, gonna get other ones to. Worth the money, but make sure you wash and dry it, then put oil on it.

I soaked this Stone in olive oil for 24 hours before I used it I've never even touched the 400 side of it I used 1,000 side only it's an all-around gravestone I made all four of my knives razor sharp I mean it's a great Stone a couple of drops of olive oil and you're good to go you can sharpen any knife you want on it it's a great Stone.

This is a Great kitchen tool for separating chicken wings, slicing potatoes into fries, or any vegetable. works well on ribs and trimming steaks. It is very versatile. A must, for any self-proclaimed cook or chef.

Only used it once so far. Seems to be as advertised. Did not take much work to get my daily use knife back to razor sharp condition. Very nice. I hope to get lots of use. I did find a sleeve on the web that slides on top edge of knife to help maintain a 20 deg. Angle while sharpening. Seems to have helped.
