I've been using the Gator for processing deer. It's been amazing! Much less sharpening than my old knives. Holds It's edge longer than my other knives. It's heavier, but I feel like that gives me a bit more control for those precise cuts. I love this knife, I see many years of use ahead.

Got the Eagle, much like the Gator, well balanced talon. It’s an extension of your hand. Don’t even really notice you’ve got a knife its motif is fluid. Great tool and kitchen accessory

So far, these are the finest knives I have used....ever. Highest quality and hold an edge. I use them as multi-task knives (some for hunting and some in the kitchen). Leather sheaths are nice but unnecessarily if you keep them in the kitchen. They come with very nice cloth covers. A few of them I carry on my belt, so the leather sheath are a must. If you purchase the knife, spend the extra and get the specific cover. The knife does come in a fabric cover but as it is super sharp, the fabric one will not last long. I also feel much safer with it in this sturdy leather case as I don't worry about cutting myself looking for other utensils.

Absolutely love this knife! We have used it to chop everything from chicken to tomatoes and celery. It is a very manly knife, definitely not for the faint of heart! It is very heavy duty and has a very cool look to it. Very glad we purchased and will definitely be buying the rest of the line.

We purchased the Serbian Chef's knife but had difficulties sharpening it with the WhetStone method (operator error not knife defective) so we were sent this sharpener to try. We love it! It is super easy to use, fits nicely and comfortably in our hands, and does a good job of sharpening. It is great for small, frequent sharpening (we run it through every 2-3 times using the knife) as it doesn't make a mess and is done is seconds.

I got tired of buying cheap knives that are dull by the 3rd time you use them, I finally wised up and did it right. I bough the Promaja, knife/cleaver. Right out of the box, it is extremely sharp, it has a very nice feel to it, well balance and obviously well made. I cannot speak for the longevity of the sharp edge, but at this point, everything about this knife screams quality! I certainly recommend it, and am already planning on buying a couple more for gifts.

Other than my sashimi knife and my birds peak, my Coolina is the only blade I need in my drawer. Take down a farmers market head of cabbage or finely sliced garlic, it’s pretty amazing. And with the blade, it’s so easy to get a super sharp cut . So glad I got it for myself for Christmas.
