This was bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. This is truly the most unique knife I have ever seen. The blade is very sharp and the quality is apparent from the minute you open the box. I would 10 out of 10 recommend purchasing these knives. You will not be disappointed!

We bought this knife for our 28 year old son who loves to cook. You should have seen his eyes light up when he saw the knife and leather pouch!! He used it the very first night and looked like a pro. very nice all around knife, useful in all the the smallest of cutting tasks (garlic, etc) keeps a nice edge and is very sharp. The one drawback is it stains VERY easily. Simple thing like cutting onions, and as I was chopping, I noticed it picked up a stain on the blade...not any type of big deal, cause I actually use my knives...but it should be known, AND it doesn't wash off !!!!

The product themselves are excellent. The shipping and communication with my order being sent in two different shipments was less than desirable. I had been told that it would be 20 days from time of order. I received the first one a week prior to Christmas, and received the 2nd half of the order today, 1/9/21. Again, the knives are excellent
