Sharp in more ways than one. It looks good, feels good in the hand and it cuts great. This will be my new go to knife around the kitchen. It requires care - hand wash and dry and then oil to prevent rust. Nice canvass sheath protects it when not in use.

Had this knife for less than 4 hours. Was about ready to chop an onion and somehow the knife began to slowly slide off the counter. Thought I had time to grab it but it dropped and slit my finger wide open. Incredibly sharp knife. 10/10 would recommend.

Love these!!!! Weight is perfect. Very well balanced. Amazingly sharp which I love and so does my wife. No effort on slicing a brisket and gentle enough to slice any tomatoes without squishing them.

This is a great knife! To be honest they're all great and it's hard to choose so I have purchased almost all of them so far. I really like using this knife for cutting my steak, I've even adopted it as my steak knife at the dinner table. The handle fits nicely into the hand, very comfortable to cut with. Sharp! It's definitely a must have in the collection.

This knife took me by surprise! Very Impressive, the pictures don't do it justice. I was not expecting how thick the steel was going to be and how heavy it was. This knife will easily cut through bone. I plan to use this when I need to cut femur bones for bone marrow. The other nice thing is you could easily chop some wood with it if you needed to. This is definitely multi purpose for both the kitchen and the outdoors. It's a BEAST!

I’m impressed I mean beyond impressed. It cuts through meat like butter. I wouldn’t recommend a child using it due to possible amputation scenarios but overall I give it 10 outta 10 stars.

As you know I got 6 knifes in total. I love everyone of them the only set back was on the Altomino there was a tiny piece of the tip where it was broke off. The rest of the Knifes where in perfect shape.

I love this knife and how rustic and primal it looks like. I get a lot of compliments when I use it on my carving stations. I just wish it was maybe 2-3 inches longer. Still an amazing knife.

Was out of traeger wood chips so cooked a nice Tri-tip steak in it; slowly. Turned out full of awesomeness. It is my go to pan. Plus hell, it too is coolio.

Suratu was the first knife I got down with and this knife is just as complementary. Obviously the blade is longer but over all still feels balanced. The blade is just as sharp. The handle is comfortable and the knife feels versatile going from vegetables to proteins. I’d recommend it just the same.

I love the knife. I was afraid it would be too big and unwieldy and was concerned about the weight. Feared for nothing. I'm a little older but rhis knife was so easy to use.
