Really sharp, comfortable in the hand. Got my new pellet grill for Father's day, and my Coolina knives came a day or 2 later. Did a couple racks of ribs on the grill, and cut em up with the Coolinas, Great combination if you love to grill.

I grew up on kodiak island alaska,dad and i as a kid killed deer,moose,elk,carribu,all fowl ,had knives that were gerber etc,these knives are like pots and pans you hand down for generations,hold edge and get down to buisness,Ive harvested a lot of meat and still do smoked pork butts or briskett but these knives are great.

Used my knife for the first time on Saturday for some heavy duty street taco making. The knife sliced thru meat like butter and did a great job of really chopping the meat down. Will be buying another one.

This knife is insane. It literally weighs twice to three times as much as the other knifes in the set. The tang and blade is at least twice as thick as the others. It's razor sharp and cuts through everything with ease. It's the best knife I've ever used.

I prefer the leather sheath over the cloth one provided with the knife. I feel it offer better protection. There are other cooking utensils in the same drawer as my knife. I purchased this sheath to provide extra protection and it is working well.

These MFers are sharp was using one and grab to high on the handle and nicked my finger bled like a stuck pig but luckily not deep enough for stitches! Other than that they’re amazing I’ve been using them ever since I’ve got them and love cooking with them

I like it enough to put next to Miyabis. Really enjoyable to use. Sharp out of the box but with a little hand work it is razor sharp. Only gripe is the steel is a little soft and needs more sharpening than I’d like. But it holds its own on this board.

So... I've been buying these knives as wedding gifts for friends. Each time I get them a set, each couple is blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. I myself love how sharp these knives are!! I even cut my finger off! Instead of panicking cause I cut myself, I was more impressed how nicely it sliced through. Even the doctor that put me back together was impressed. Which is why I left the picture off.

My experience is that every year I give my son-in- law a gift card. Blah. The past year he has gotten into smoking meat and grilling.
