So far, of the four knives I purchased, I've only used the Promaja. But DAMN! What a sharp, balanced knife. Finely chopped herbs and veggies were a breeze. Slicing a steak for a nice presentation for my guests wowed everyone and the Promaja was the difference!

They are great knives. They look and are badass. Not only do they function better than all my other knives, but I have the magnetic butcher block on my counter and they are also a sort of "show piece". Everyone always asks about them because they draw your eye.

I probably won’t be able to really get into using the knives and spatulas because we’re in the middle of the winter in Kentucky. Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook and show off my skills but the weather just doesn’t cooperate with the grilling season for me. This is the best Cleaver ever. Made short order of chopping/cutting apart a rack of lamb chops. I will use it for everything. Knife came in and had a cracked handle. I emailed Coolina and immediately got a reply from George who facilitated a quick turn around exchange. I am sure I will be looking at other knives from Coolina in the future. Rick

Great company and products! I utilized the “buy 2 get 1 free” promotion and when I opened the box there were only 2 knives. I emailed the company and let them know and I assumed I’d be written off as someone trying to scam them. To my surprise they immediately and without question sent me the missing knife. Love my knives!!

I bought these knives for my boyfriends birthday. They turned out great and he loves them. The only thing I would say that needs to be improved is the packaging. The knives came in a box for each knife. They were just taped together and in a bag. I was very disappointed in the packaging because the knives are so expensive. Would have liked to have seen them all in a box with some kind of protection and not just shipping in a bag that I got.

I opened the package but was getting ready to leave, for work. I cleaned off the knife, added a bit of oil and then just decided to slice a couple jalapeños I had on the counter. The knife basically dropped through the peppers with no anpplied pressure and I fell in love!!

I love this knife, and it's the perfect size for me and perfectly balanced. It is so sharp that my finger simply touched the blade and it took a small chunk out of my finger so be particularly careful when using these.

Seems like a good filet knife so far, very stiff blade which is what I was looking for. So far it seems to hold the edge well, we will see how it holds up when I have multiple big blue cats to process!

I just got the knives the other day and already had one in use. I trimmed off the fat on some tri-tip steaks and it cut through like butter and have very little meat wasted attached to the fat very sharp and the feel in my hand while trimming the fat was nice. Great job guys
