This is a very nice knife. I have gone back and forth using this knife and my old knife. I prefer this knife. I have more control, it cuts the food. It is very solid and well crafted.

So we broke open our Coolina knives on Christmas to cut the Turkey, and it was amazing how sharp and precision these knives cut with. So awesome! Love them both! Looking forward to sharpening and keeping that edge!

I like it enough to put next to Miyabis. Really enjoyable to use. Sharp out of the box but with a little hand work it is razor sharp. Only gripe is the steel is a little soft and needs more sharpening than I’d like. But it holds its own on this board.

So... I've been buying these knives as wedding gifts for friends. Each time I get them a set, each couple is blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. I myself love how sharp these knives are!! I even cut my finger off! Instead of panicking cause I cut myself, I was more impressed how nicely it sliced through. Even the doctor that put me back together was impressed. Which is why I left the picture off.

I bought this knife because I liked the look, thinking I would put it into my camping gear. It has become a knife I use almost daily in the kitchen for general knife work. It stays sharp and with just a few strokes with a steel, the edge returns to the sharpness it hard when I first got this knife. You couldn't go wrong adding this one to your kitchen tool set.

Cleaver is great! Sharp and sturdy. Only reason no 5 stars is sheath is just a bit short. I’ve cut everything from veggies to ribs and brisket with ease. Have probably used it 10 times since I got it last month. Still keeping an edge.

I bought three knives from Coolina for a Christmas present for my husband. These are hands down the best knives we have ever bought. The quality is far better than expected and each knife is unique. Honestly, the knives are so awesome that we haven’t brought ourselves to use them quite yet but you can tell the blades are very sharp. The blades are also very thick and the knives are heavy showing how good the quality truly is. We can’t wait to use them!!

very nice knife, useful in all the the smallest of cutting tasks (garlic, etc) keeps a nice edge and is very sharp. The one drawback is it stains VERY easily. Simple thing like cutting onions, and as I was chopping, I noticed it picked up a stain on the blade...not any type of big deal, cause I actually use my knives...but it should be known, AND it doesn't wash off !!!!
