Got one for hubby's birthday. He loved it! We never considered getting him a professional knife even though he is a great home chef. The commercial really appealed to us but He would not think to get one for himself. He says he feels very legit in the kitchen now. When someone enjoys cooking, especially meat, they deserve the best tools for the trade! Thank you for delivering on a high quality, high performance product just like you advertised.

I bought 2 of these and they are very nice looking and very, very sharp! So far I’ve used it to cut up and separate pork ribs and it’s been exceptional only taking half the time it normally would with a regular knife. Hopefully it will keep its edge and maintain well. *I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered the “buy 2 get one free” offer until after I checked out but still a good deal.

I love the knives I purchased, they are all I use now. The pot once I got it seasoned is all we use to cook, it’s beautiful. I just placed another order this weekend for 3 more knives, if your looking for beautiful functional knives these fit the description and then some.

So sharp out of the box! My fav of the 3 I bought. It's become my primary knife for slicing meat, boning and other large jobs! The best knife of the 3 I ordered, just wish it came with a custom protective sleeve like the other 2.

First opinion. It seems to be of good quality, came in very sharp and well balanced. I haven't had it long or used it enough to provide a better review. Will need to see how long it keeps it's edge . Time will tell

My husband absolutely loves the knives I bought him!! This was the perfect gift. The only thing that would have made it better is getting a free knife sharpener! Truly the best knives he has ever owned. He’s a professional chef and uses them daily!

Heavy leather, good stitching. There is no way you can accidentally cut through this sheath. This upgrade is worth it.

This knife looks pretty basic but it has all of the bases covered! It has weight, balance, backbone and size. It's a "git-r-done" knife! I just spatchcocked 50 chickens for a youth fundraiser, at our church. It motored through all of it and my hands are not cramped. The backbone of the knife is perfect for cutting the spine out of the chicken and sharp enough to trim the rubbery skin. I will use it for a long time.

This knife cuts well. The best part is after cutting veggies, meat or anything it can be scooped up and put in pan with the knife. Just watch that edge...

Great knife, used it the other day to trim all the far off the tri tip, as well as.slice the meat, and the knife was the best knife I have ever used (legit). Would highly recommend these knives to anyone, you won't be disappointed

Great knife got them for my husband for Father’s Day but this one was shipped separate and wasn’t sent with a sleeve cover like all the other knives I othered, not sure why.

Oddly, my favorite knife, didn’t think the blades shape would be as good as it is. Easy to use from fine dicing to chopping through chicken. I love the design and versatility.

This cleaver is hands down one of the heaviest knives I've held. It has a very nice grip that fits great in the hand. I haven't had an opportunity to test it out but I'm sure when I do it will go through anything in it's path.

I’m retired now but my family owned a Slaughterhouse so I grew up working as a butcher and still today have the knives I used 50 years ago. I now do a lot of cooking and barbecue and these new knives are perfect! They are well balanced and the handles are comfortable and most importantly the knives stay sharp and when they start to dull are easily sharpened. These knives are a high quality product!
