This cleaver is hands down one of the heaviest knives I've held. It has a very nice grip that fits great in the hand. I haven't had an opportunity to test it out but I'm sure when I do it will go through anything in it's path.

Product arrived promptly. I was happy with the knife but disappointed that it did not come with a cover as did the other four blades I've purchased. I've not fully put it to the test yet but the knife itself is of great quality. The few meat (chicken) and vegetable (lettuce and cucumbers) items I've had, have met their demise under this blade. I like them very much.

Excellent quality knife, has a an issue with package theft of the first knife (right before Xmas) and Coolina was incredible! I had bought the shipping insurance and as soon as I filed a claim with Fedex, Coolina was right on it and managed to send out a new, engraved replacement which got here the day before Xmas Eve, my original report was made only 4 days before this, that's how fast they were! Great company, great communication and buy the shipping insurance!
