I’m retired now but my family owned a Slaughterhouse so I grew up working as a butcher and still today have the knives I used 50 years ago. I now do a lot of cooking and barbecue and these new knives are perfect! They are well balanced and the handles are comfortable and most importantly the knives stay sharp and when they start to dull are easily sharpened. These knives are a high quality product!

I bought 2 of these and they are very nice looking and very, very sharp! So far I’ve used it to cut up and separate pork ribs and it’s been exceptional only taking half the time it normally would with a regular knife. Hopefully it will keep its edge and maintain well. *I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered the “buy 2 get one free” offer until after I checked out but still a good deal.

So sharp out of the box! My fav of the 3 I bought. It's become my primary knife for slicing meat, boning and other large jobs! The best knife of the 3 I ordered, just wish it came with a custom protective sleeve like the other 2.

First opinion. It seems to be of good quality, came in very sharp and well balanced. I haven't had it long or used it enough to provide a better review. Will need to see how long it keeps it's edge . Time will tell

Heavy leather, good stitching. There is no way you can accidentally cut through this sheath. This upgrade is worth it.

I like trying new knives and sharing them with those close to me. I am very impressed with my new promaja it made light work of cutting sweet potatoes which are usually difficult. I like the feel and balance of the blade and the customer service and easy of ordering them really made the transaction simple. I highly recommend this knife.

Let me start with the fact that I am a classical French trained chef. These things are stupid sharp. I butchered 80 pounds of chicken yesterday like it was butter. Fu*king love them. Ps... you might cut yourself, but it is a clean cut.

Haven't really had a chance to use the new knifes yet. Just got new windows and now flooring in several rooms. I cleaned the new knifes, made sure they are properly protected and now back in boxes. Can't really give you a review yet other than I really like them. Give me time and I'll get back with you. Senior citizen here and we don't move too fast.

I love the pan. My wife and I already have use it a couple of time. Looks great in our kitchen pantry with the wooden lid. I wouldn’t use the wooden lid to cover the pan while is being used.
