Oh my god! This guy is a beast! Beautiful craftsmanship and an amazing blade all around. Good for cutting veggies or fighting a bear... Ok, maybe not fighting it, but it will butcher it! Cant wait till the next BBQ to show this puppy off!

They look as good as the work. Very nice quality! They run smaller than I thought but they are very substantial knives. Haven't tried them all yet, only had for a week, but they are a huge replacement upgrade to my old knives. Wash and dry after use and i should be giving these to my kids in 20 years. I am please with your knives. Son of a Butcher!

Very strong and sturdy knives. I was sick and tired of the Amazon / Walmart specials that did not last. I used them to trim and cut various types of meat and have yet to be disappointed. I am by no means a professional chef, but these knives made the job so much easier. I am going to buy some different knives from them in the future. Also, cleaning is super easy and so far have had no regrets about purchasing these items.

To the at home chef. This knife will eliminate everything from your cutting block asides a steak knife. It's lighter than it looks, bigger than it feels. The promaja is not a gimmick, it's a very real and very awesome knife to have. It's the only knife I now use and I cook 7 days a week. It's also carbon steel so it needs love and will start to show stains and "rust" if not properly washed and rubbed with olive or vegetable oil every other use.

Great quality. Will take some getting used to since I have previously owned standard chef knives. Very sharp, solid steel with full tang, wood handles and brass pins. Very sharp.

This is a very sharp blade. Love the look on the steel and the blade and handle are solid. Tge carbon steel needs to be hand washed, dried and oiled after each use but it’s not a big deal to maintain quality blades. I bought four of Coolinas knives and they all are aesthetically pleasing, solidly constructed and very sharp.

Oddly, my favorite knife, didn’t think the blades shape would be as good as it is. Easy to use from fine dicing to chopping through chicken. I love the design and versatility.

It's a very good size. Speaking as a guy that has larger hands, some smaller trimming knives don't really fit "right" but with this knife and a few passes to sharpen it, it quickly became one of my favorites. The weight and balance is also a definite plus, it is a but "clunky" if you're trying to dice onions but why would you use this knife for that? Does short work of everything else. 5 stars, highly recommended

This knife looks pretty basic but it has all of the bases covered! It has weight, balance, backbone and size. It's a "git-r-done" knife! I just spatchcocked 50 chickens for a youth fundraiser, at our church. It motored through all of it and my hands are not cramped. The backbone of the knife is perfect for cutting the spine out of the chicken and sharp enough to trim the rubbery skin. I will use it for a long time.

I bought several of Coolina knives they are excellent in quality and on balanced. The only drawback I can think of is the these are hand made knives so you can't put them on the dishwasher... but hey it is a small price to pay for a well made knives.

OMG I can not say how much I LOVE this knife! It is my favorite knife and I have many. Its sharp , comfortable to use , weighted well and even after having to use the knife to cut wood it remained sharp! Did I say I love this Knife? I bought it for one of my sons birthday. He LOVES it and is now inspired to relearn how to keep knives sharp! Now, other son wants one. I have numerous knives and blades that I have collected and used over the years. This knife is very well made and has a nice balance to it. It's a little intimidating and because of that my wife doesn't care to use it but I didn't buy it for her.
