This was a gift with custom engraving and COOLINA came through for me. My buddy received the delivery and within 8 hours was using it. This is the most amazing kitchen knife I have ever seen. It can do everything and not even chance it won’t preform to the level you think it can. A bit daunting at first, the weight is fantastic for cutting through everything you could ever want.

I bought these knives for a friend that has blood ties to the vikings, and he loves them. He has been wanting to buy them for some time now, but I just beat him to the punch for a nice gift. lol. To be truly honest, these knives are made very very well and very sharp right out of the box. We love using them for family dinners.

More of what I was looking for in the mid-size vegetable yet all around best mate on the cutting board. Eggplant and smaller melons as well as zucchini and bells and nice sized onions. Smooth and well balanced in all activities

Feels like an extension of your hand! Easy to handle and can cut thru anything. Even fine chopping is a breeze with this size of knife. If you don’t have one you need one! Quality is better than expected……I’m a knife snob and this may be my favorite one yet.

The handle feels solid in the hand, don't think this will loosen over time. The blade is heavy but cuts through ripe tomatoes like butter. Used it so far to cut vegetables and meat. Crafted with concern for beauty and high end quality.

This smaller, slimmer knife is a dream for all slicing of veggies. I find myself reaching for it for any dissecting of tendons, etc from portions of meat. I do look forward to an even smaller, 4 inch, true paring size, more convenient for peeling.

Have really enjoyed using my knife, easy to use, love the wide blade that is so great for scooping up whatever you just cut up and adding it to a mixing bowl or directly into the skillet. Keeps a great edge, and with all sharp knives caution is necessary. Recommend buying one!!

Best knife on the market, I know. I'm picky, I've ordered the other "hand forged" knives, and was never anything but disappointed, not with coolina tho. This knife is everything promised and more, truly hand forged, weighted perfectly and sooooooo sharp that I litterally gave the other ones away. No matter how many other knives you'll try this is the one you're gonna love.

Perfect kitchen knife. I would change the handle to black to match the rest of my knives. That’s the only complaint I have with the knives. The miss match handles look sloppy. I wish they were all the same color and material

I bought two out of the three items for my son who had been to culinary school and he had asked for it. One of the knives was for me. The beautiful silver blade with wood handle and protective cover really spoke to me when I saw it. Once I started using it I was delighted at how well it cut anything I put it to work on. I am very happy that I bought these items and satisfied with the quality. My son was very happy to receive the set but I have not seen him use it yet and am waiting on him...

First time ever buying a real knife. Well worth the money. My first cut was a ribeye roast and I didn’t even have to pre freeze it a little. It cut through it like butter.

This knife was a gift for hubby who loves to cook on the grill. He loved the knife. It was heavy, solid and cut easily; great for big hands. However, I have found myself using it also and love the feel and weight of this knife. It slices everything as easily as described. Will buy more of these knives, for my hubby and other male family members to start their own collection.

Its the first knife from Coolina that i bought so far. Took one of the cheap ones, but it looks cool, sitts nice in the hand, has a good balance, and is sharp. I'm thinking if this one is so good, I'll by some of that sturdy, rustic looking, hanmades that i like so much, for sure. And, yes - it arrived quick to Serbia - it took forthnite to arrive. Satisfied

so - I bought about 7 or 8 knives for the kitchen against my wife's wishes. she has taken over 3 of them. Now I have finished my basement. so rather than move them around I just bought 4 more. Some feel almost too heavy but the weight really helps when you are splitting ribs or chicken. the smaller varieties are good for steaks. Lets not forget about the Freddy Krueger meat shredders. they are bad...bad meaning awesome.
