I bought these knives to prepare game for the frezzer, also I purchased a strong magnet to hang in my kitchen. they look great on the wall and are ready to work, they will also tend to other chores in the kitchen as I tend to buy meat in large porsions and they need to be prepared for storage and use, the knives are very sharp and the handles fit nice in my hand and metal to wood fit is well done. I bought 2 of these and they are very nice looking and very, very sharp! So far I’ve used it to cut up and separate pork ribs and it’s been exceptional only taking half the time it normally would with a regular knife. Hopefully it will keep its edge and maintain well. *I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered the “buy 2 get one free” offer until after I checked out but still a good deal.

First opinion. It seems to be of good quality, came in very sharp and well balanced. I haven't had it long or used it enough to provide a better review. Will need to see how long it keeps it's edge . Time will tell
