I love the pan. My wife and I already have use it a couple of time. Looks great in our kitchen pantry with the wooden lid. I wouldn’t use the wooden lid to cover the pan while is being used.

Very strong and sturdy knives. I was sick and tired of the Amazon / Walmart specials that did not last. I used them to trim and cut various types of meat and have yet to be disappointed. I am by no means a professional chef, but these knives made the job so much easier. I am going to buy some different knives from them in the future. Also, cleaning is super easy and so far have had no regrets about purchasing these items.

To the at home chef. This knife will eliminate everything from your cutting block asides a steak knife. It's lighter than it looks, bigger than it feels. The promaja is not a gimmick, it's a very real and very awesome knife to have. It's the only knife I now use and I cook 7 days a week. It's also carbon steel so it needs love and will start to show stains and "rust" if not properly washed and rubbed with olive or vegetable oil every other use.

Great quality. Will take some getting used to since I have previously owned standard chef knives. Very sharp, solid steel with full tang, wood handles and brass pins. Very sharp.

This is a very sharp blade. Love the look on the steel and the blade and handle are solid. Tge carbon steel needs to be hand washed, dried and oiled after each use but it’s not a big deal to maintain quality blades. I bought four of Coolinas knives and they all are aesthetically pleasing, solidly constructed and very sharp.

The balance of this knife is amazing. Very rugged look but sharp as a razor and versatile. I've used it to cut fruits and vegetables along with chicken breast. I love it.

Product arrived promptly. I was happy with the knife but disappointed that it did not come with a cover as did the other four blades I've purchased. I've not fully put it to the test yet but the knife itself is of great quality. The few meat (chicken) and vegetable (lettuce and cucumbers) items I've had, have met their demise under this blade. I like them very much.

Excellent quality knife, has a an issue with package theft of the first knife (right before Xmas) and Coolina was incredible! I had bought the shipping insurance and as soon as I filed a claim with Fedex, Coolina was right on it and managed to send out a new, engraved replacement which got here the day before Xmas Eve, my original report was made only 4 days before this, that's how fast they were! Great company, great communication and buy the shipping insurance!

I have used a lot of knives for nearly 40 years. You can slice razor-thin slices and cut with confidence. Nothing gets you cut faster than a knife you're trying to drive through what you are cutting because your knife is dull or can't hold an edge. These are well worth the money, keep them oiled and sharp, and they'll keep you happy. Great value for the money. -Joel

Well looks like I’m going to have to purchase another one because I’m keeping this one. I love it and if it lasts as long as it suppose to it is well worth the price. I bought several of Coolina knives they are excellent in quality and on balanced. The only drawback I can think of is the these are hand made knives so you can't put them on the dishwasher... but hey it is a small price to pay for a well made knives.

OMG I can not say how much I LOVE this knife! It is my favorite knife and I have many. Its sharp , comfortable to use , weighted well and even after having to use the knife to cut wood it remained sharp! Did I say I love this Knife?
