Perfect kitchen knife. I would change the handle to black to match the rest of my knives. That’s the only complaint I have with the knives. The miss match handles look sloppy. I wish they were all the same color and material

I bought two out of the three items for my son who had been to culinary school and he had asked for it. One of the knives was for me. The beautiful silver blade with wood handle and protective cover really spoke to me when I saw it. Once I started using it I was delighted at how well it cut anything I put it to work on. I am very happy that I bought these items and satisfied with the quality. My son was very happy to receive the set but I have not seen him use it yet and am waiting on him...

Its the first knife from Coolina that i bought so far. Took one of the cheap ones, but it looks cool, sitts nice in the hand, has a good balance, and is sharp. I'm thinking if this one is so good, I'll by some of that sturdy, rustic looking, hanmades that i like so much, for sure. And, yes - it arrived quick to Serbia - it took forthnite to arrive. Satisfied

Got the Eagle, much like the Gator, well balanced talon. It’s an extension of your hand. Don’t even really notice you’ve got a knife its motif is fluid. Great tool and kitchen accessory

I was very surprised by the weight of this knife. Its weight and thinkness is what I expected in the Doozi. The knife is extremely heavy. Overall the knife is well put together. Its extremely sharp and the curve of the blade makes it well suited for chopping. The handle has screws on the one side giving it a bit of unprofessional made look to it. However the quality of construction of the rest knife greatly makes up for those two little.screws. Overall very nice knife.

Bought several for Christmas gifts. Haven’t used yet. Well made and sharp. I think it is going to be perfect for prepping meat and vegetables for the gridfdle as well as slicing meat off the grill.

I've been using the Gator for processing deer. It's been amazing! Much less sharpening than my old knives. Holds It's edge longer than my other knives. It's heavier, but I feel like that gives me a bit more control for those precise cuts. I love this knife, I see many years of use ahead.

out of all the Coolina knives, I have to say it is my favorite. you can slice through tomatoes with ease. The balance feels just right. It keeps it edge very sharp after every use. I am using it every day for almost everything. with some guidance, I can cut, dice, slice with great ease. I would send them all back and only keep this one.

The knife is amazing! My husband loves it! It feels great in your hand and he said that the sharp edge is great for cutting into steaks. And it holds its edge nicely! And it looks amazing too! It’s gorgeous! The packaging was perfect and I love the canvas “sheath” that it comes with so I can store it nicely with my other knives! I would recommend these to anyone and everyone!

Bought two of these as part of the buy two get one free deal and gave one to my son. Couldn't be happier with the knife. It is well-balanced and holds an edge very well. It slices through meat like butter! I was a little concerned about the blade quality before I received them, considering the price. But the metal doesn't at all feel cheap. Great knife!

The knives themselves are very cool looking, for sure, haven’t used them yet, but After a very thorough inspection, I’d say they are pretty well constructed. Purchases, actually, I got two of these knives, one for me and one for my son who like me, loves to work at the art of cooking, creating, and baking in the kitchen and on the grill.
