This was to be a gift for my son in law who is a big back yard BBQ guy. With the special you had I was able to get both of us a great pair of knives and they are the BOMB!! They are super sharp, not as heavy as I thought they would be and cut through everything like butter. You all are AWESOME!!! Big thanks for such a quality product. The Shark is my favorite but would need the full line to say for sure...lol!

I’ve bought so many but this one in particular lives my hand back as I cut easily through veggies, steak, and even used for chopping up whole chickens, just as sharp as the day it was delivered and my grandkids have “ accidentally “ used it often on granite surfaces. Coolina, I have so many things to say... this knife surprised me. I've had cutco and other ceramic knives for years. This knife I bought on a whim. They looked cool but how many things that look cool work. I cut sashimi for the first time with this knife and it cut to the level of the ceramic. I'm honestly impressed and coolina should know. Love the knives, as a Chef of 20+ years I was alitte hesitant to purchase these. I'm surprisingly impressed, this is good steal that will hold an edge and sharpen well. The handles are comfortable and solid, I love that some of the knives come with a sheath. And that was the only negative thing... the gator did not come with a sheath. I can't wait to make another purchase, I've got 4 blades from them so far. The paring knife and some others for chef-ing it are next on the list.
