I’m retired now but my family owned a Slaughterhouse so I grew up working as a butcher and still today have the knives I used 50 years ago. I now do a lot of cooking and barbecue and these new knives are perfect! They are well balanced and the handles are comfortable and most importantly the knives stay sharp and when they start to dull are easily sharpened. These knives are a high quality product!

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Purchases, actually, I got two of these knives, one for me and one for my son who like me, loves to work at the art of cooking, creating, and baking in the kitchen and on the grill. It's a very good size. Speaking as a guy that has larger hands, some smaller trimming knives don't really fit "right" but with this knife and a few passes to sharpen it, it quickly became one of my favorites. The weight and balance is also a definite plus, it is a but "clunky" if you're trying to dice onions but why would you use this knife for that? Does short work of everything else. 5 stars, highly recommended

This knife looks pretty basic but it has all of the bases covered! It has weight, balance, backbone and size. It's a "git-r-done" knife! I just spatchcocked 50 chickens for a youth fundraiser, at our church. It motored through all of it and my hands are not cramped. The backbone of the knife is perfect for cutting the spine out of the chicken and sharp enough to trim the rubbery skin. I will use it for a long time.

They look as good as the work. Very nice quality! They run smaller than I thought but they are very substantial knives. Haven't tried them all yet, only had for a week, but they are a huge replacement upgrade to my old knives. Wash and dry after use and i should be giving these to my kids in 20 years. I am please with your knives. Son of a Butcher!

Haven't really had a chance to use the new knifes yet. Just got new windows and now flooring in several rooms. I cleaned the new knifes, made sure they are properly protected and now back in boxes. Can't really give you a review yet other than I really like them. Give me time and I'll get back with you. Senior citizen here and we don't move too fast.
