Look, I love these boots (size 11) for my granddaughter, but you are not replying to my request for instructions on how to RETURN the first pair I ordered (size 12). Your website just says you will accept returns but PLEASE tell me where to send them. Give me some instructions! The website is unhelpful, except for cheery words on how you accept returns - but no link and only AI to answer your mail. I’m sure there is some size 12 child who would love these UNUSED boots.

These are so great! Perfect for mid-atlantic winters that are sometimes just cold and wet but sometimes cold and snowy. My 5 and 7 year olds love how they slip on and have the handles to help. Not too heavy but warm and waterproof!

My granddaughter LOVES these boots and has worn them every day. I appreciate the quality. These are fourth pair we have had for my grandchildren. They generally wear well. I would suggest making the pull straps a little sturdier. The appeal of the boots to a toddler is that they can put them on 'all by myself' but toddlers are not known for modulation. Each pair has suffered strap break before it is worn out. While it is easy enough to cut the straps off, it would be nice to not have to do...
