Our 5-year old loves his neoprene construction-themed boots. They are easy to get on and off and let him run around in puddles to his heart's delight. My only complaint is that the top layer of the footbed is delaminating after only about a month's use. Otherwise, they seem great.

The boots are very nice themselves, this is the second pair we've bought for our child and they love them. But I accidentally ordered the wrong size this time and I've reached out to customer service twice over the past week with no response (but have gotten 3 automated emails asking me to write this review). Not trying to bash the company, but really hoping someone will get back to me about making an exchange or return soon

Be warned that when you buy a size 10, the ad is referring to a child’s size. The fitting is for someone 4 to 6 years of age. Please don’t be duped as I was. I definitely will not buy from this company in the future.

I have sent four (or maybe five?) emails to [email protected] over the last week and a half, asking for instructions on how to return boots that were too big, and have yet to receive a response. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact the company. And yet I keep getting emails asking me to review the boots and so here is my review.

Noone is responding to my return request. I've sent multiple emails and now I need to do a credit charge back. The boots didn't fit and I need to exchange them.

This dinosaur backpack was just as described in the description! I love it, perfect size for my little preschooler
