My first appendix holster. I’m 6’2” and 270 pounds and I carry a full size 2011 with a 20 round spare magazine. The Axis Elite with 3/4” wedge is awesome! I can’t believe how easy it was to transition to appendix carry. I love it. I’m about to order one for another pistol.

I love the idea of the wedge. I ordered the medium for my holster and it works really really well personally I think I need to order a small to find tune the fitment. Either way it works great and I have no complaints with it whatsoever

I bought this holster base on the light I have. What I like is base on the Surefire 300x, I have not only my M&P 2.0 Metal, Glock G45 that fits it. But also my Sig P229 Legion Fits as well. So I have 3 of my EDC’s I can carry. And this is not my only Tier 1. I have one for my G45. My Sig 320X Compact RXP without lights. Mine next one will be for my M&P metal without the light. And the favorite as been the XIPHOS Elite for them.

Tier 1 is my go-to for edc holsters and this is my third one from them. With everything I liked about the previous two (Axis Elite & Xiphos V2), the Axis Slim was perfect for my CZ P01. I paired it with a Streamlight TLR 7 HLX, knowing that I would have to do a little mod to open up the area for the extended light bezzle. After a little Dremel and heat gun action, she slips in so smoothly now that it's as if it was made that way. I'm always satisfied with my Tier 1 gear.

Fun fact, I bought a very nice blue carbon fiber Axis Elite holster at least 4-5 years ago for my M&P 45 Cal and was new to carrying and felt like I had a bazooka on me and everyone could see. Lol. Fast forward to now and I recently got the new S&W carry comp and a reg Axis Elite to save cash and just tried to see if it would fit in my older holster and it clicked in. Best holster company ever. And their cust service is off the charts. I have Axis Elite holsters for alllll my carry guns.

I got the XIPHOS Elite for my Glock 45. I have a Streamlight TLR 7 HLX underneath with a Trijicon RMR HD on top. The gun with its accessories fit like a glove and there are no fitment issues whatsoever. I usually carry at the 3 o'clock position and it is very comfortable. This is not my first Tier 1 holster and it certainly will not be my last.

This is my second Axis Elite. I’m probably on track for a 3rd for another handgun. I have used 5-6 different holsters and all of them in no way shape or form compare to my T1’s. I have a holster in 12-16 hours a day and it is comfortable all day. They are also truly custom. I highly recommend T1’s holsters. You won’t need another one.

Incredible holster! I was a little skeptical about using this holster due to my small frame. I’m a 5’4, 130ish lb female. I was amazed at how well I am able to conceal my EDC with this holster. I use this holster as a daily carry with a 5” Nighthawk Custom. It is really comfortable and carries well. I added the 2” medium pad to the back for a little more comfort. As of now I have not really carried the side-cart as my spare mag is a 10rnd Tripp Research and sticks up higher. Overall 10 out of 10 for comfort and durability and would definitely recommend.

This is the most comfortable and easily concealed holster I’ve used! I carry a G45 with a TLR7a and the fit is perfect and has adjustable retention. I’ve paired it with a Kore Essentials belt and it rides well. I wasted money on alien gear, we the people, etc. and really wish I had just bought this one originally!

I've been wearing this Kore belt with the T1C buckle for a few weeks now and I must say I love it. The support it provides dwarfs my other EDC belt which also happens to be my work belt. Absolutely perfect. The Aegis holster unsnaps into two separate parts and fits into my Vertx bag better! This holster is comfortable and the best holster I have when sitting in the truck or in public! I find myself adjusting it less than my previous holster for my P320X Compact! I use my holster as my EDC and for work! Never feel any discomfort even after an 8hr/+ shift (sitting and walking), I’m also a bigger guy and can easily draw without any wedges. I highly recommend tier 1 if you’re in the market for a new holster!

Have used sidecar holster for years with Glock 19 wanted an appendix holster for my staccato p so bought this after a friends recommendation. I add additional matched screw sets to your holsters after my ride height is confirmed (a third screw on each belt clip). I find the extra screw per clip is personally a bit more solid.

I have a few tier 1 holsters, best out there. My only feedback is that with my p365x the clip screws extend the overall length of the holster making an extra inch of plastic beyond the slide length. I'm not sure if it'd be possible to leave space for adjustment and take that extra plastic out.. But if I could make one change I'd shorten the holster to the same length as the gun. Larger guns this is not an issue.

Very good holster that has minimal printing. Works well with the HC belt and is a good overall set up. The holster is for a Glock 19 and the fit to the pistol is good. I used the adjustable clips to have the holster run a little higher which is a good option. I would recommend the holster and I will buy another one for a Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 4.25 inch pistol I just purchased.

Love em! Wish they would bring the two tone combo back! Make sure your specify if you plan on running a comp not just a thread barrel 4/5 of my holsters i marked “yes” for threaded barrel and they come with the end completely open. So I naturally thought that all of them do. Not so. Wish i wouldve known.
