This is my second holster that I have bought from Tier 1 Concealed, one for my Glock 17 and now my Glock 19 and they fit great like a glove, I bought a wedge in case but I honestly don’t think I’ll need it. I have not even needed to make adjustments it’s fine for me right out of the box. They’re called Tier 1 for a reason.

Imo these are the best minimalist conceal carry holsters out there. I first had one for my xmacro, then got one for the cr920p when I wanted something smaller. Very good adjustable retention, and very well built. I had to ask for them to make slight adjustment due to the comp, but there were no issues. I simply love and appreciate the safety (hardened fully covered trigger guard), adequate and changeable, level 1 retention, and some level of comfort(numerous wedges option) they bring in for an AIWB carry. Carry my Sig P365 XMacro daily using this holster. The range of adjustments on ride height make it a game changer. I added the wide wedge with a cut down small wedge underneath in the corner to give it a custom fit for me. I spend a lot of time in gym clothing so I run this setup with a Hunter Constantine belt and performs great.

We all know concealed carry is not always comfortable. Any slight advantage towards making it more comfortable is a plus. I have tried a few different belts over the years, some better than others. This Tier 1 concealed EDC-S belt is far and away the best belt I have ever tried!!!! And that is no B.S. when I originally tried to order it “my luck” it was out of stock so I got on the mailing list and several months later it was back!! BUY THIS BELT! I’ve tried over a dozen holsters trying to find the right one.. and this one’s it! It might be the slimmest holster I’ve had yet, and you’d think that’d compromise the strength, but I’ve carried this every day for a few months now and it can take a beating. The adjustability of this holster is unmatched as well. Pair with the discreet carry clips and you’ve got yourself probably the slimmest rig on the market.

Although the OEM Retention Screws were plenty for those who don't feel the need to swap anything out. Tier1 will continue to get my business for ANY future holster needs! FYI, don't get this holster if you are not okay with individuals coming up to you asking what kind of holster you have at the range.

Carries deep enough to be super comfortable while having a great shape that disappears in the appendix. Both larger frame pistols and yet with this holster I barely know it’s there and honestly even seated in a vehicle it isn’t uncomfortable. Added a wedge for comfort and additional concealment. These wedges assisted with my belt facing parallel to my body and creating a cushion against my groin. I originally ordered the Axis Elite for a Glock 43x with ulti clips amd loved it! Since then I got the Axis Elite for the M9A3. I wore the M9A3 and with a pair of non stretch jeans and ran errands.
