Great fit for a Shadow Systems MR920 with a red dot sight and an Olight PL2 Mini which was nearly impossible to find. The retention is solid while still being able to draw it easily. It's comfortable to wear long term, even transitioning from sitting to standing often. The concealment claw and ridging on the magazine carrier both help hide the fact that you're carrying at all with little to no printing, ever. Even with a flared magwell. All in all well worth the money.

Purchased the staccato p and put a TLR-7 on it. Wasn’t thinking I’d be able to conceal it well (I am 6’2 180lbs, but WOWWW!!! It disappeared with this holster! 100/10 very happy with the purchase!

This is an excellent holster! While I also have the axis elite for this setup also, I like to carry my spare mag in a pocket and avoid the bulk up front. This is a Sig P365X Macro slide with a wilson combat P365xl grip module. The mag is the standard 12 round with the magguts +2 spring. The xiphos elite works perfect and I prefer it over the axis. I really like it. The fitment is nice and tight and on my xmacro, it feels good and comfortable all day. The wedges help personalize the fit. Very good quality, very good holster. My only complaint it's the long lead times but these holsters are definitely worth it. If you're thinking about one of these holsters, do it. I have a few of them and they're all great!

Run both my 320x Compact and Zev OZ9 V2 in the Axis Elite. Hands down the best appendix carry on the market right now. I’d recommend the wedges for sure. I run a medium on both (wide for the light bearing). I recently paired them with the T1 EDC belt and that’s been a game changer for my back. I love what these guys are doing on all levels and am happy to support their company.

Amazing belt! Very comfortable and is rigid only where you need it to be. Belt is already starting to show some wear on the front piece where the stiffener is rubbing against the outer layer, but no holes yet.

Exceeds expectations! Absolutely love this setup for my Shadow Systems MR920. Not only does this holster conceal a firearm of this size very well, but it does it with great comfort. For starters this EDC belt has changed the concealment game forever. I live in South Florida so carrying a holster in jeans isn’t always an option. My favorite holster so far. I was worried about the bulk of it but honestly it conceals great and feels just as comfortable as a leather holster. Combined with a proper belt I don't feel a need to adjust it throughout my day, the retention gives me piece of mind, and I can tie my boots without issue. Well worth the wait! The most comfortable appendix carry holster on the market. I ordered the light bearing holster hoping it would work with all my glocks and shadow systems pistols. To my surprise it works flawlessly with all three MR920,Glock gen4 31, and Glock Gen 3 30. I did have one issue with the buttons coming unsnapped due to my tactical belly. Very comfortable holster. I got it for my MR920 Elite, and even with the shadow systems comp, it feels manageable. Stays close to my body with no issues. I'm 5'11 and 185lbs. When I need a holster I get a Tier 1. Play around and find the wedge sizes that best fit your EDC lifestyle. I use a small and wear the Axis Elite all day without the kydex bothering. If you need more padding you can always add more wedges and mix match sizes to your best fit. Always recommend Tier 1 to anyone that needs a holster. Great quality, excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor and get one.

Fantastic IWB holster. Very comfortable and conceals well. The way it is made allows to to loosen up your belt a touch more then other holsters. Making it that much more comfortable. The one thing I didn't consider when I ordered it, was the color. I went with black. It did make it tough at first to see the opening when holstering. I added a thin white line to the top edge of the holster. It's perfect now for me. Highly recommend it.

Great holster! No complaints. Minor adjustments needed to fit my individual needs. Running a FN 509 Tactical (full-size) with a Surefire x300 A and Holosun 507 c and 24 round mag in the side saddle. I thought it would print but does a great job at tucking the grip/handle in. Pretty comfortable; even when driving I don’t remove it. Mind you, I’m 6’3” 190. Pew Pew.

It feels so natural, hadn't had the opportunity to have a holster specifically for a P80 and I can feel the difference. I did have to purchase a TLR7A but it was worth it. Absolutely love this holster, to be fair it’s my first IWB and appendix carrier holster and I had some worries about getting this being a bigger guy at 6’0” and 230lbs I didn’t think carrying appendix would be possible or comfortable but I have both with this holster and the customer service is great!

Excellent customer service. Comfortable holster! Only have 2 regrets. 1. I should have bought one with the mag carrier and 2 I should have bought one for 1911. Thank you for making an amazing product. I love my Axis Elite. Really couldn’t be happier with the fit,finish or comfort. I work in residential construction, and I wear a full tool belt. With this setup I am able to cart daily and after a few day of adjusting to appendix carry I forget I even have it on. I did just see that you now offer the wedge packs in wide, wish I would’ve seen that coming down the pipe because I believe that would just be a little bit better fit for me.

I love my new holster. It fits wonderfully. The utili clips are an absolute wonder when it comes to wearing my gun in leggings. Every other holster dragged my leggings down where I had to throw it in my bag instead. Only complaint is I noticed the screws that press against my body started to rust a little, I’m assuming from sweating in the heat and then not wiping the screws off enough. I’ve just been more diligent about making sure the holster is dry when I take it off.

I order the Axis Slim with Ulti-Clip for my Springfield Hellcat. Great holster for concealment and is very comfortable. I added the medium wedge to relief pelvic pressure and help to avoid printing the upper part of the gun. I am 100% satisfied with the product. It's well made. I highly recommend this product.
