Best concealed carry holster on the market. Low profile design makes it comfortable to carry all day and doesn’t restrict movement with bending or crouching. The ‘wing’ conceals longer or extended magazines with ease. Pick up an IWB magazine holder from T1C and you’re all set. I run this holster everyday and will continue doing so indefinitely.

This is my first holster since I'm new to CCW. I purchased it after seeing other people in the community having positive reviews. I am somewhat overweight but this holster fits really well I almost don't even know it is there. Holds my Glock 19 with Olight PL-Mini 2 nice and tight without any shifting. I really like the multiple clips other holsters for side IWB only had one clip and I was worried it would shift. I will definitely consider another holster in the future if/when that time come...

Gun and magazine both fit perfectly. I’m a bigger guy and I’ve carried appendix for about 5 years now and have had a trex arms holster and I’ve been interested in getting a holster that would carry an extra mag. learned about t1 and gave you guys a shot and I do not regret it at all definitely one of the more higher quality and comfortable holsters that I have carried and conceals effortlessly.

At first I was a little scared about the price as me and pure kydex don’t get along due to my tactical tummy. This holster however is the most functional, concealable, and comfortable holster I own. Glock 31, extended spare magazine, sweat guard mid, standard belt clips, Kryptek Raid. Since the Holster had to be shipped to Germany the costs added up to a pretty substantial level with no reasonable way of returning the product for any improvement/repair. The leap of faith was not followed by any regrets. Outstanding ergonomics, adjustability and attention to detail! The extended spare magazine option worked out great. It feels so natural, hadn't had the opportunity to have a holster specifically for a P80 and I can feel the difference. I did have to purchase a TLR7A but it was worth it. Draws smoothly, locks in place with no effort, conceals like a dream with my Next belt but I was late on the T1C belt drop I'll be waiting for those to come back soon.

Absolutely love this holster, to be fair it’s my first IWB and appendix carrier holster and I had some worries about getting this being a bigger guy at 6’0” and 230lbs I didn’t think carrying appendix would be possible or comfortable but I have both with this holster and the customer service is great!

Thank you for making an amazing product. I love my Axis Elite. Really couldn’t be happier with the fit,finish or comfort. I work in residential construction, and I wear a full tool belt. With this setup I am able to cart daily and after a few day of adjusting to appendix carry I forget I even have it on. I did just see that you now offer the wedge packs in wide, wish I would’ve seen that coming down the pipe because I believe that would just be a little bit better fit for me.

Best customer experience I have ever had. Initially received the wrong holster due to a small mix up as the quick ship msp holsters look so similar. I emailed them and they responded in literally about 2 minutes and assured me they would make it right. I received a tracking number for the new one by the next morning. I couldn’t believe how fast they made it right and got a new one out to me. Their product and service are both best in the business in my opinion.

Honestly surprised with how comfortable this is. I’m 6’2 and 160, on the skinny athletic side so I was hesitant. But it conceals perfectly, I added a small wedge which improved comfort when bending over. Also great customer service! Glad I didn’t waist any money on other iwb holsters. This is the king

After quite some time of use and never checking the hardware, I lost the lower screw in the right clip. The set of hardware had everything. I would suggest you pick one up just in case. I don't like being without my concealed carry ever. And this holster makes it easy to carry full sized concealed. Not looking to replace the it. So this set was a no brainer.

This is my first appendix style holster. Did lots of reading,watched tons of videos and decided on Tier1. So far I really like this holster. Tried the wedge pack but settled on an pillow pad for comfort. The holster is well made just a tad on the expensive side. I would however purchase it again!

I purchased the Optio for my Glock 20 and Streamlight TLR-1 HL. At first the retention was too tight and trying to draw the pistol fhe holster/Safari land/leg strap set up would it cause it to snag and not draw without really yanking on it. However after drawing the pistol from the holster over a day or so it completely eased up and now draws smooth and with ease while still keeping solid retention. I can turn the holster upside down with the Glock 20, full mag and light and it will stay firm ...

Love this holster! It’s made even better by the fact that a can carry almost any of my firearms that can accept my TLR1. I’ll admit, it was a bit bulky and uncomfortable at first, but with the wedges and a bit of breaking everything in and learning the holster, it’s become my go to for EDC. I can wear it with gym shorts or swim trunks and my pistol disappears. I can’t recommend a better holster for the money and the compatibility across weapon platforms. Huge thanks to T1C!

Great retention, conceals the fullsize APX amazing even wearing a tighter and thinner shirts. I didn't get the optic cut holster however my apx is optic cut and would fit my redot without interfering so I'm curious as to what the difference is. 10 out of 10 tho would buy over and over again! Fantastic holster. Using it on my shield with a TLR-6 laser/light and it fits great with a solid click when holster the weapon. 100% recommend the Ulti Clips for people like me who wear gym shorts or not as strong fabrics and that aren’t always wearing khakis or jeans etc to conceal carry in.
