I’m a fan of the process and the excellent and responsive customer service. The sound quality is great (I have used one other company for a vinyl mix and the quality is unlistenable). I wish that the center labels were standard size as I have to pay to get larger labels made. But I will only ever go here to get my vinyl mixes made.

It’s so cute! I love the idea. I’m not sure if it’s my record players(I don’t think so because my other vinyls worked well) I’ve used or if the vinyls dirty but it’s not the best sound quality, there’s a breathing, buzzing noise that shows up occasionally. And the paper case can catch on the vinyl easily if you’re not careful. Overall it’s super cute and even with the buzzing I’ll still use it, but I was a bit sad about the buzzing

Vinyl's a little warped and came a little scratched, but nothing too bad. The customer service was great, and they always responded in a timely manner to my emails. My one pet peeve was that I had no way to tell when my vinyl would arrive or how far along in the process it was. I was only able to know once my package shipped, and I got updates from USPS.

Quality of the vinyl is good but I did notice that the sound of the vinyl a little quieter compared to my other regular vinyls which was slightly disappointing but the disc itself looks fantastic and is of impressive quality. One other critism I will add is that one of my songs was cut of at the end even though when I arranged the vinyl online it was under the 20 minute limit, so it shouldn't have been cut off like. But otherwise great vinyl but there is room for improvement!
