I made a record for my husband, just like how we used to make mixed tapes for each other. Selecting the songs was easy, and no issues even with brand new songs released. I love the custom photos for the album cover, I just wish I could add more. It was nice to have a rush option to get my record in time for his bday.

I accidentally ordered the wrong songs for my vinyl, so I contacted the customer services to see if I could change the songs. I was expecting to get some obscure reason as to why they couldn't change my order, but they were incredibly accommodating. They were very nice and changed my order to exactly what I needed. Thanks to their great team, I was able to get my girlfriend the perfect gift.

It came quickly and the quality of the vinyl and the album cover were very good. It even came with a protective sleeve. My only complaint was the black frame I used in my album cover photo was trimmed off, but everything else about the photos came out just right! Highly recommended especially for the price compared to others.

I was unable to get a picture of mine outside of the basket i made for my bf. however, the vinyl was perfectly made. the picture quality was amazing and so was the sound! when you go through checkout and personalization, they let you know if you need to revise your cover picture just in case it comes out low quality and that part literally saved the day. i HIGHLY recommend this brand without a doubt :)

I got this for my Husband for Valentine’s Day. Im not sure why but I was so hesitant on ordering but after opening it and then listening to it we were both soooo happy with the product! The sound is great, the images are great and the customer service is great. I requested a song off YouTube and was worried I might have push back but it was on the vinyl and it meant so much to me that it was! I was worried about the sound quality not being great or the picture I uploaded coming out blurry, but everything came out great! I was in touch with customer service for a while too since there were slight shipping delays (I didn't purchase the expedited shipping), and they were very apologetic and communicative. I would say if you're not going to pay for the expedited shipping, make sure to order at least 20-30 days before when you would want it! Other than that, I am very satisfied :)

It was great until I put it on the player… the stickers on my vinyl were swapped; a side sticker on the B side. The first few tracks were ok but I realized very quickly that they sounded somewhat low quality. I spend the extra $100+ to get the music mastered for vinyl and they somehow ruined the volumes of all the tracks! It could sound better. Packaging was good, just wish the mastering was worth the money.

What a great experience. The sleeve and album turned out great. The sound quality is great. The only things I might suggest are, the songs that we put on the album could be listed on the sleeve and the album itself. Also, it would be nice to have a more efficient way of adding songs so we would know how much time we're using on each side, and maybe even choose from the versions available. Otherwise I'm extremely pleased and the gift recipient loves it.
