I had a song made for my husband for our 32nd anniversary that was on Christmas Eve. I then found this company to put the song on a vinyl record for my husband. My husband is a vinyl record collector, he was absolutely surprised by both the song and it being on a vinyl record. The quality of the record is amazing!! The whole surprise was awesome! I am so happy with how this turned out!! It is better than I imagined. Something I wish was done throughout the process was a receipt of the songs that I had put on. I did not add it onto the album so by the time the vinyl had come, I forgot which songs I put on there. A little set list would be have been perfect!

The design process and instructions were really clear. The packaging was great. I was a little confused on why the printed quality wasn't super clear -- for instance, I'd put an image in and the program said that it was low resolution. I'd change the image to what knew to be high quality but it was still considered low quality by the program. I live in NJ and the order took around 3 weeks to come in and it came in perfect condition, the cover pictures that I submitted looked great, and the record sticker pictures in the middle came looking great as well. The only negative was on the "B" side of the record there is a hole where my grandson's head should be. We haven't played the record yet. It is a gift for my grandson's 16th birthday. I had a great experience with this company! I mistakenly put the wrong artist on one of my songs and they were able to contact me and correct the issue before creating the vinyl. I would recommend ordering a few weeks in advance if your purchase is intended to be a gift, but that’s to be expected with custom gifts.
