Overall great experience. Only real issue is my record player will not auto lift the needle and bring back to its starting point on this one. It does for other vinyl. But not really a huge deal, overall surprisingly cool product

Very special personalized gift! The only flaw I found specifically was the quality of the photos being printed. I had high res images from a photoshoot and it did look good but it looked a little pixelated on the sleeve when I received it. Anyway- I would purchase from here again.

Getting it setup on their website was super easy. Didn't get the fast shipping but got the fast processing. Expect at least 2 weeks to get it. I accidentally ordered the wrong songs for my vinyl, so I contacted the customer services to see if I could change the songs. I was expecting to get some obscure reason as to why they couldn't change my order, but they were incredibly accommodating. They were very nice and changed my order to exactly what I needed.
