Got this for a friend's birthday who collects vinyl. The photos on the cover and on the album came out amazingly well! I didn't have a high res photo for the one I picked for the actual vinyl, but I did know that and wasn't expecting it to look this good! It shipped really quickly and got to my house in a just a few weeks. Probably the best gift I’ve ever given. Created a record as a Father’s Day gift for my husband using songs that are meaningful to our family. Was able to pick pictures for the back and front covers, and stickers for each side. Quality was great. And the customer service was outstanding. Ordered a vinyl for a Christmas present, not expecting it to sound great. However, I was extremely surprised and satisfied with the sound quality!! I made sure to follow the size guidelines for the cover art and had no issues with pixelation, etc. I do have a few random dots on the front cover which I think may be ink smudging? The owners of this company are awesome! The process for initially creating the album was easy to use, and I was reached out to personally by Mark to work out the kinks of the song length. We went back and forth on several emails to figure out the best way to get the songs I wanted without going over the 20 minute mark. He was awesome and very quick to respond back. This was an amazing experience from creation to the end product! I loved my vinyl it is something that my husband and I will cherish for years to come!. As a private bedroom producer, it felt pretty amazing to make my music feel “real” with the tangibility of this vinyl, and it will always be a special memento that I can pass down to my kids. The only drawback was that there was no ability to review files after upload to ensure they were correct, and I accidentally uploaded the wrong version of one of my songs.
