When there were bumps along the road with a song or picture you guys reached out and helped me fix it. And when I realized i wanted to switch a song they got right on it. The end product is amazing! I am super impressed with the product and it was a unique experience to be able to choose ANY song you wanted! Beyond just the product, the incessant marketing emails is very annoying. Overall very happy with the print and vinyl quality. I designed a custom cover and stickers and they turned out perfect. The vinyl itself I had relatively low expectations for but it sounds better than I thought. Side A sounded slightly better than side B, there was some static on side B. I wasn’t sure how my record would turn out, as there were some negative reviews as well as positive. Happily, my record turned out well. I paid for the sound mastering as well, but in every way the record is what I wanted. Good quality photos on the cover, the right songs in the right order with good sound, no damage or defects, and it arrived pretty quickly.
