I like this mouthguard a lot. Despite some issues getting it (I had to make impressions three times) and the last two being mailed within a month of each other, I am happy to find this alternative to having a mouthguard made at the dentist. The transparency is an issue. I tend to pull mine out at night or early in the morning, and if it were a color that would make it much easier to find in the sheets. I grind so hard that I grind right through the material used for the mouth guard, but getting a replacement every few months helps me with that issue a lot!

The bite guard has really helped with both my grinding and clenching! I'm not 'cured' but I clench SO MUCH LESS than I did with the thicker and softer guards that I've tried.
I got the thinnest option and I'm very happy with it over all. I did find it pretty hard to get it back off of my teeth in the mornings, so I filed the front edge down further so it no longer reaches my gums in the front. It worked well for me, but probably wouldn't be necessary for most people.

I wish I had pushed the mold up further toward the tup of my gums - the top of the guard stops halfway up my top lip and is a little annoying but not terrible. This is my first custom-molded night guard. I've probably gone through 5-10 boil & bite guards over the years, as I'm a chronic teeth grinder while asleep. I've been using my Cheeky Guard for about two weeks now, and have no complaints! It does take a while to get used to, but as long as you get a good fit it won't affect your sleep.

The mouthguard is great! Comfortable and easy to use. I love the material it makes it seem less and flexible in my mouth. The only thing is, while I feel lit it takes some of the impact of grinding away, I do feel I still get bad headaches and neck pain from grinding. I wonder if there is a way to use a slightly thicker material to help with this? Not sure how to remedy it but that’s only constructive feedback I have! I also love customer service they’ve been great!

This is a great night guard that is really affordable relative to others. Because of how I took my impressions though, it's a little tight on my front teeth. It fits snugly on my back teeth and overall is comfortable. I might try to take another impression though to get it to fit even more perfectly.

Cheeky customer service is very good. I sent my first guard back because it was too big (thick) and they were very helpful with that. No questions asked, sent me a prepaid label to send the old one back. I may order the medium size going forward as the thinnest one may be too thin.
