Definitely delivers on their promises! The guard is snug enough that it doesn't come off in my sleep. I'm sure it'll help stop the grinding wear I was beginning to see on my front teeth.
However, I'm still a bit concerned about the pressure I'm putting on my teeth (clenching) throughout the night. Not sure this aligns my bite in a better way to keep my teeth safe from that aspect of the problem.

I got the top and bottom hybrid guards. It was a little hard getting a clear impression but eventually we got it right. I did have to file down the back of the lower one as it stabbed me in the gums. They feel great and the hybrid guard is perfect for my needs.

There was a delay in fulfillment of my mouth guard, but I got it and I like it. This is now my 3rd one. They are useful for preventing grinding and clenching and made of good materials. But there is definitely a good reason to get a new one after a few months. They get worn down and it’s nice to get a fresh one, even if you are meticulous about keeping it clean. Plus it is so much cheaper than what my dentist wanted to charge me for a mouth guard!

I like the night guards. I’ve had 5, I think. But I find the fit and feel to be inconsistent. 2 have been great. 2 have been so-so. And one felt so bulky (like a mouth guard for contact sports) that I never even used it. The most recent one is thicker than the previous one and comes up higher on the sides (note the ridge in the photo). When it’s the proper amount of thickness, the product is awesome. The mouth guard did not come with a case. I contacted customer service and was told that I would receive one, but never did. The guard is about 1/2 mm to thick and feels a little tight on the teeth. Saying all of that, it is still 100% better than the cheaper boil and fit guards. I do sleep better and my jaw is not sore when I wake up.

I’ve been wearing a Dentek “DIY” night guard for years and stumbled across Cheeky recently. The concept is great but that doesn’t matter if the product doesn’t back it up. Cheeky backs it up 100%. The molding was way easier than I thought it would be, I mailed it off, they sent me my mouth guard. It fits and feels WAY better than the others I’ve used and now I’m spared the hassle of ongoing moldings. Definitely recommend Cheeky to anyone looking for a great night guard.

Love my new Cheeky night guard! I had spent big bucks on one from a dentist in the past only to have my dog chew it up the first night I wore it and took it out in my sleep. I am so glad I found Cheek!. I was spending around $500 at the dentist for a custom night guard every year that was very uncomfortable and bulky. I love the flexible material that the Cheeky night guards are made out of - it really makes wearing one so much less of a nuisance! It also is great that you can select material thickness. Sorry - no picture - I"m camera shy. My $400 dentist one wore out - in fact I ground a hole in it. Not having a spare $150 for a dental visit + $400 for a mouth guard I did some poking about - or rather Facebook seemed to know I needed a new one and sent Cheeky my way.

The beginning of the three months is great. The tray fits pretty good. I have had to return one of them because it was way too small. While it continues to work, I am frustrated at how much the tray grows over the three months of use. This is so much better than the store bought versions that are just too bulky for long term use.

The fit is very good, though not quite as good as the one my dentist made me. However, for the price difference I can take a slight difference.
