I’m 5’4” and normally wear a medium or large top because of my boobs lol . I decided to size up to a large because I like an oversized hoodie . I love it , great quality. I think I could have went with a medium and it still would have been fine . The head hole was not small at all , like others have said . I have a big head and it was just fine lol

I’m only half way through this challenge so far and I’ve been loving it! I’ve been such great progress, I’ve learned so many new things and the best of all is the macro diet. I’ve never felt better, I’ve never felt so good being in a calorie deficit because I’m eating good food with the correct macro ratios. This program is awesome and I love the team that is available to help you during this challenge. I’ll be joining the next one for sure!

I was a little skeptical at first due to the fabric looking originally white since I’ve never had luck with white clothing not being see through. But they work for leg days great, excellent material and definitely squat proof. It’s definitely a pair of leggings that will get me out of my comfort zone!

First of all the fit is unique. I wanted a snakeskin legging for quite some time now and she delivered with gold and silver combos. Both are super cute, because you get to shine while you grind! This program is incredible! I have been going to the gym for the past 3 months but wasn’t seeing much progress. I have done 2 days of the program so I don’t have physical results just yet but this was a booty pump I got from one of the workouts! I have felt every single workout and have left the gym exhausted but in a good way. I’m sooo excited to see my changes in 8 weeks. Definitely worth the money! This stuff is a must have for me now! Just ordered my second bottle so I can stock up. I can go as hard as I want in the gym even if it's a work night, take 3 tabs afterwards & wake up without any soreness. It allows me to go to the gym a few days in a row as much as I want versus before where I would have to take a couple days off & stall my progress due to sore muscles. It also gives my body the nourishment it needs to grow. I take it before bedtime after a meal since I workout in the evening....

Seriously, iced hot chocolate is so good! It’s the perfect amount of chocolatey creaminess- and has little chocolate chips that fall to the bottom of your cup, and are like a bonus after you finish your shake. I put it in chocolate PB smoothie too, but alone it’s just perfect. YUM.
