Im a mother of three and have been working out in the gym for the past six years, with some good results, but I’ve never had abs. Having abs is a goal of mine. I’ve completed my first week of the challenge and I feel so good! I’ve never understood how macros work, and within a day, I’ve got it down. I love the social group, it gives me motivation to keep going.
