Made a full switch from my normal pre-workout and protein to the Mini Beast brands and I am very happy with the results. The price a good sticking point and the pre-workout give just enough energy without feeling I'm on a caffeine overload. I'm a huge fan of the Iced Hot Chocolate protein. It even has little chocolate chips which is great for turning this into a shake!

Loving all of the workouts! They are guaranteed to be an ass kicker! But can be adjusted to any level, that coupled with the macro and recipe assistance is a recipe for success. Plus Cj’s workout line is addictive….then the supplements…hers are by far the BEST around. Shreds, night shreds, chocolate protein power. The only protein powder that dosent have an aftertaste. It’s soooo goood…give her program a try. All you have to lose is fat 😉
