I absolutely love this program! I haven't followed an actual program in so long and this is exactly what I needed. I love how everything is written out and there are instruction what equipment to use. I also really appreciate the fact that you can find out your macros and examples of meals are given which makes it so much easier.

I love this for many reasons but mainly because I have #hEDS and this support is so comfortable for all day wear. I actually bought the other trainer too and havent even tried it yet because this fits me well. I have a very hourglass shape and many back braces and trainers leave me with unsupportive gaps.
