These are my FAVORITE workout leggings. They fit every curve and I never have to pull them up. Sweat doesn't show (I sweat a lot) and they don't make me feel hot. Squats are not problem in these! Great buy, I now own 4 pairs

I am used to working out and weight lifting but this program challenged me in ways that have broke my plateau! It is difficult in such a different way but flexible enough to get through and motivated me to keep pushing through! I still have 3 weeks left of this 8 week program so I can not give official before and after pics and stats yet, but, a picture says 1000 words! This works when you put in the work! I never wear mid rise leggings but these are super cute. Like all leggings i find they slowly form to you as you get into your workout and start sweating a bit. They do show sweat lines a bit as most light colored leggings tend to. I'm happy with them!

These aminos have been great! They tastes like lemonade (you can add a bit more water if its too strong)! They stir in and desolve really easily with just a couple shakes...I give it a shake before every drink just so there is no settling! And of course aminos are super helpful with having to eat so much protein! I never feel as though my protein intake is being wasted! Thanks carriejune!
