This rack has more features and options than I could imagine. It cannot be beat for the price and my wife and I love it. I did have to add some oil to the pulleys and they are as smooth as butter. So far I am impressed by the results. I do eat healthy(ish) and workout 5x a week. It has significantly helped with the postpartum belly fat. Everything that I was doing, would not burn it, but this stack has completely changed my belly and toned it up. I have not lost weight, but I have gained a lot of muscle too.

But I wanted to get used to drinking all those pills (it's hard for me to take pills) I can't wait to see what happens when I start my full work out regime!
