Ordered a XL and LG they fit well. Only issue is the front lower end does not snatched your foopa and hold you in. Still have a budget. But I still wear it daily cause it also helps with my lower back being on my feet all day on shift.

Love love love this body suit. You have to be super careful putting it on though! Big bootys beware lol. I ordered this one in black and brown and it is so flattering and the tummy control works so good. I also have double d’s, and I was skeptical at first to not wear a bra with it because the one piece looks cuter without a bra, BUT!!! It keep the girls in place. Don’t walk, run!!

If you’re considering getting this… DO IT! It’s literally the best waist trainer I’ve ever owned-and I have several, including steal bone ones, this is way better. The outside strap can be made so tight I can’t breath lol I attached pictures of before and after. This makes me feel super sexy and confident too!

As a busy ER nurse my 40 ounce Stanley was no longer cutting it. I was finishing my electrolytes with 5 hours left of my 12 hour shift most nights. I upgraded to the mini beast 64 ounces and I am so happy I did! I love that the straw is covered no need to a straw cap or cup. Also I don’t have to worry about it leaking when I throw it in my bag for work or the gym. Super easy to clean. And no added taste to my plain water like other water jugs in the past! I love this water bottle so far so good I have dropped it on solid ground and it did not break this thing rocks my only wish is the mouth of the water bottle be bigger because it's much easier to use a glass cup and drink more fluids fast than this tiny mouth opening on the bottle but I still love this thing.

I love the Men’s Alpha Hoodie! I got mine in black. I’m 6’2” and about 193lbs. The large was a bit snug and a little on the short side so I ordered an XL as well.
