No more kinks making the hose pop off the tap or the reel. no more wet feet or clothes from a leaking spray attachment. I can now get rid of the old bulky hose reel as the new Tuff hose can just hang up on the wall of the garage, freeing up floor space. It is light and easy to handle. Highly recommended.

The hose seems very tough and sturdy. I shall make sure there is as little water held within it over winter and store the hose in the shed to protect it from frost.

More expensive than most expanding hoses but I got fed up with them bursting after a while so I went for this highly recommended one. It seems much better built than our previous one, but we have only had it for a few weeks so cannot comment on long term viability.

Really good quality hose and gun, also easy to install and use. The selection of various water jets is positive and gives good coverage. The hose gun is robust and easy to use. The hose is light and reduces in length when the supply is turned off. A good product!

Saw this hose at show and definitely thought it was superior to other collapsing hoses. Very easy to assemble but the catch that holds the handle down is very stiff. Needed to use a screwdriver to get it down. Once down it is fine but did panic a bit when I initially couldn't do it. However, the hose is a marvel and would definitely recommend.

The two hoses were dispatched quickly and were well packed. They attached very easily to each other and to the tap and the spray attachment is very efficient. It is so much easier to use than a conventional hose, also much lighter in weight. I haven’t had it very long so don’t know how it will stand the test of time. Hopefully, the fact that it was more expensive than many will mean it is longer lasting, so worth the extra.

So far so good! All fitments appear to be good quality and robust and it couples well with my tap connector. It extends easily and retracts smoothly for space saving storage. I bought the shortest length version and it does the job admirably.

My second set after 3 years! Amazing hoses, we’re as good as new for 3 years. Quality is excellent, the new improved gun is great. Shrinks back into a small fit so I keep it over winter in a bucket. Kept it out all summer even in the extreme temps last year. A good work horse, looks nicer than a standard hose, easier to carry, nice brass fittings. Customer service is excellent and a 2 year warranty and money back gaurantee if you don’t like it. Why wouldn’t you buy one. Nothing to lose

This is the third of these type of expandable hoses I have used. Two different makes. The first two split after a few uses. This one is much more substantial and after several weeks of daily watering is as good as new. It is actually slightly longer when fully expanded. So far absolutely delighted

After owning a few expandable hoses that didn't last, I have yet to see how this product compares. Having said that, the delivery was spot on with no issues, my initial impression of the build quality is excellent and although I've only used the hose about twenty times, there's been no issues. Very happy at this moment in time.

Brilliant! I bought two 100 feet lengths to water my very long garden (with outside tap on other side of the house) and it’s great. This feels like a really well made hose with brass connectors which are far superior to the usual plastic ones that always leak, love the feel of the water gun and trigger action which comes with lots of settings, so far very happy with my purchase.

This tuff little hose is brilliant no kinks on leaks, I wish I'd bought the longer one. Might do so later I purchased this after buying a Hazel lock thinking it was the best it kinked all the time. I definitely rate this one great value

Didn't think it would stretch to 100 ft but it does. Watch out for the leftover water once you turn the tap off - it's still got plenty in it once you do!

First delivery was an empty box due to item being stolen from packaging en route. Emailed Tuff Hose who responded immediately and sent replacement item. So far so good, no leaks, no kinks. The hanger that we also bought is great as it just sits on the tap to hang the hose from. Just don’t drop the free water spray gun that comes with it, dropped from waist height and head/spray attachment just flew off so that’s broken now.

Bought one hose and was very pleased with it. Needed a second to allow me to wash my car. One hose is plenty long enough for the garden and it’s very easy to attach the second for car washing. Also easy to store despite the long length. Brass fittings are excellent. Would recommend.

Arrived promptly and has the look of quality about it. The hose looks to be more sturdy than others I have seen and with good quality metal fittings. It is too soon for me to comment on the durability but at the moment I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to others.

I looked at loads of similar products online not knowing which were good or cheap replicas. I’m pleased to say I picked a good one. This hose is as good as the description. Lovely heavyweight supple hose, quality metal fittings. I wish they would sell a fitting to hold it too, like a hook or something because I’m now trawling the websites for a suitable one to hold it. At the moment it’s in a bucket and it gets tangled up a bit.

Having bought what I thought was a similar item before I was hesitant to try as it really didn't wear well at all. However very pleased. The hose is well made and easy to operate. Swells when filled with water and collapses once empty. This makes it simple to store. as material is very pliable. We chose a length suitable to reach from the tap to both the end of the garden or round to the front of the house. Watering is now so easy. Spray excellent. Would recommend.

This hose is absolutely brilliant. It is so easy to use and as I am 70 that is saying something. I had a hoselock hose before and it was so awkward to use, but with this hose I just attach it to outside tap and away I go. It has made watering the garden beds so easy in fact I quite enjoy it now as it's no longer a chore. Only complaint I wish I had bought one years ago.

Tuff by name, tuff by nature…. I was apprehensive about purchasing another retractable hose given the experience I had had a few years ago. I am so pleased I did. It is light to carry, easy to use and seems robust enough to endure being pulled over slabs with no obvious damage. Great hose. Much lighter, easier to manoeuvre, use and store than a conventional hose. I don't know how long it will last, but see no reason why it won't be quite a while, and frankly even if it doesn't last more than a year, I'd buy another, because it is soooooo much better than a conventional hose.

We were threaders with always messing around with a traditional hose on a wall mounted drum. It kept kinking and tangling up. The Tuff Hose is so easy to use and put away; I have placed a hose hook above my garden tap, and when we have finished and it has shrunk down, it just coils up easily. Sad I didn’t get one sooner, already recommended to my Father in Law.
