A first class product at a bargain price. Comes complete with a spray gun which has several useful settings, something that is not normally supplied with collapsible hoses. Delivery was quick. Customer service is also first class, dealing with queries promptly. The bonus for me was that it can be connected to a Karcher and will withstand the pressure for car cleaning. I would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant hose pipe for motor homing in winter east to get water out of hose for storage so no more frozen hose pipe in winter and also great for narrowboats, traditional hose pipe goes hard in winter making it difficult to roll up and store, now got one in motorhome and one on narrowboat,brilliant 👍

Bought hose on line, had difficulty connecting it to the tap, so e mailed the firm and received a reply immediately from owner (whose name escapes me) but he was in holiday in America and was so helpful, sending me videos of how to attach the fittings to my tap. Can’t thank him enough and would recommend this firm for both product and after- sales assistance.

Arrived promptly. Nice to see minimal but sufficient packing, Product does what it says, compact with good quality extending hose and high quality brass connection fittings. Very satisfied and will be ordering an additional hose which can also be used as extension.

Impressed with the quality of this hose. It’s more expensive than other hoses of a similar type, but there’s a reason for that - it’s a million times better! I use it at the stable for refilling water buckets and washing down stables and horses! I’ve spent several years wrestling non conforming hoses back into shape and being very frustrated when they won’t co-operate but not any more. Wonderful ‘tuff’ hosepipe..its stretches to the full length required. Looks really good, it does not kink or get in knots and the hose joint fittings are brass which are sturdy and much better for the length of hose I required.. have recommended this hose to my friends and I know I will certainly have years of good service from this product..thank you..

I was very happy with the fast communication for a few questions I had. Having placed an order my hose arrived quickly and well packed. I’ve installed my new hose in a wall mounted reel I already had and it works perfectly. Very pleased overall.

I had already bought for the back garden the 30m hose which has to be dragged over steps. Now I have bought the 100m for another area that needed a longer stretch over gravel. I am hoping they will not wear down too quickly over these rough areas. It would have been good if there had been a 75m length or did I miss it? Definitely recommend so far for ease of use.

So far so good. This hose is used daily, dragged over concrete to water the baskets out the front of the house and is still as good as the day it arrived. Very tough - I would love it to reach to the end of the garden but this is 40 metres plus. I am looking for a connector to connect another hose.

Great hose. Much lighter, easier to manoeuvre, use and store than a conventional hose. I don't know how long it will last, but see no reason why it won't be quite a while, and frankly even if it doesn't last more than a year, I'd buy another, because it is soooooo much better than a conventional hose.

Customer guidance, care and delivery was excellent. Product brilliant. My old hose was awkward and heavy to rewind and I wasted so much time having to continually go back to "unkink' it. The tuff hose is an absolute dream, it is light yet sturdy and takes up very little space and the best part is, it doesn't 'kink'.

Having spent years lugging around a standard plastic hose this is a very welcome change. All the connectors are good quality and it's so light it's much easier to move around and needs far less storage space. I just loop it over the outside tap. The variety of spray patterns is excellent.

Very impressed with this product, was going to originally purchase the hozelock equivalent but after reading reviews for Tuff hose I purchased the 100ft hose from Tuff hose. I am glad I did. The quality is great and the after sales service from Lewis was reminiscent of days when companies were a pleasure to deal with, (I had a slight issue which was resolved straight away). Brilliant company to deal with.

Apears a good quality strong hose, really good fittings. Have used twice happy with purchase, Fits onto tap easily, have had other makes previously that did not last long so hoping this stays the course. Box was damaged on arrival and DPD had taped it up nothing missing .

This hose is perfect for cleaning our pool! The different nozzle options are so useful and it’s so easy to stretch right around the pool. It’s also absolutely brilliant at cleaning the pool hoover filter too - so quick and easy! Highly recommend!

I was somewhat doubtful of the advert for this hose pipe but having bought one (50ft length) my wife does find it very easy to use and so far no kinks! And no winding up-just put into a bucket - no tangles! Very pleased.

Very robust hose. No instructions with packaging and for this novice, that would have been really helpful as first attempts produced very bad leaks from connectors. Lewis was very helpful but would have really appreciated instructions at the outset. The YouTube video omits two steps.

I had a degree of reservation about the material covering the hose and its likelihood of snaggging over stone steps and other uneven surfaces. It doesn't . It is a brilliant space saving high performance light weight hose. Immediately purchased a second one for a second garden that needs watering. Life is too short to water a garden with an inferior performer. A complete delight to use.

I was delighted with the 50' and soon after I have bought the 100' for a different part of the garden. It doesn't tangle like previous hoses. It does have to be dragged over gravel and hope that it will live up to its name, 'Tuff'!

Have had the T hose for about two weeks and used it every day. So far I am extremely happy with it, apart from what to store it in between uses. No big deal though. Really good brass fittings and the stretchiness makes it very easy to use. Highly recommended.

The item was delivered the next day and put to use. Delighted with it's quality and the fact that it is so much smaller than standard rubber hoses, I wish I ordered the longer 100ft hose, my fault for ordering the shorter length. Brass fittings and gun are excellent quality.

Delivery was very quick and just as promised. The hose has good weight to it making it feel like a quality product. It’s only been used twice but so handy and packs away into a small space which was the main reason for purchasing. So far all is good and happy to recommend.
