I had one of these delivered to my mum for mother's day and she still speaks to me about it .....the fact that it lasts serves as a reminder to the recipient that you care everyday unlike fresh flowers.....love it

I have used My Lasting Bouquet on two occasions. Both times the people I sent the flowers to have been extremely pleased with the flowers. They are going to give your details to family and friends so that when they want to send a unique gift they know where to go Keep it up !

I ordered the glass dome sight unseen and had it sent to my gf in Canada and she was so overwhelmed after recieving it that she called me immediately tearing up .delivery did take 5 days when the website says 4 though

The product itself is good but it was delivered 18 days after the requested date. I sent numerous emails, sent a message via Instagram and via Facebook Messenger but never received a reply. This terrible customer service is why I won't purchase anything from this company again.

Brought 2 one had one leaf not glued down and the second had a crack in the glass down the bottom.

Customer service is none existent. Item not sent on dispatch date requested. Tried to contact company multiple times and nothing. Waited 2 weeks still nothing. Item now too late for when I needed it. Still couldn’t get any response from the company so reported it to PayPal asking for a refund then surprise surprise the next day the item has been dispatched. Now I have the item I don’t need anymore and out of pocket as I had to purchase another gift. Never purchasing from them again!!!

Was told it would be 2-3 days delivery. I made sure I was home. It came a week later. No knock on the door. Just left there in plain view from the street. If it wasn’t for my dog barking, I never would’ve known it was delivered as the notification that it was delivered came nearly 2 hours later. Not very professional at all.

the product itself is amazing, but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address luckily i have a very honest neighbour that come and delivered it to me saying that this was left at there door. this is not a cheap item and for your delivery driver to be so complacent makes me very angry because i might not be so lucky next time

I brought this for my wife for Mother’s Day, was very impressed with the delivery time. The rose itself looks great, the only fault I can pick on is I personally feel that the L.E.D.s are to bright I feel as it takes away from the rose. But that is the only thing, my wife loves it.

So I bought this rose for my wife in 2017 and 3 years on its still in amazing condition and well worth the price id highly recommended getting one

The crystal rose was beautiful! It shines so nicely in the sun and my wife absolutely loved it. Will definitely be getting it in other colours for her too
