I'm giving 4 stars but I don't know if it really deserves it, the quality of the flowers is amazing, I've bought maybe 3 lasting belles and now gold roses BUT the shipping and communication is a mess, shipping is unorganised and slow, communication is next to nothing comming from someone who emailed, messaged on instagram and Facebook to no reply until the day it actually turned up & this isn't the first order I've had this problem with. Customer service needs a HUGE overhaul.

I am disappointed with this purchase because I ordered the product almost a month from when I needed it delivered and it was 1 week late passed the ordered date. This meant my partner did not receive their gift on our anniversary.

Good when it turned up a day late & the delivery address wasn’t where i wanted & right from the start i sent a email asking for it to be sent to another address & i didn’t even get a reply 👎

i bought one of these for my sister’s birthday and although the preorder did take a little longer than i would of hoped it was well worth waiting for .....

The flower was lovely and well accepted, however the delivery time was disappointing, not being 1-2 days as advertised

What I thought was delivery date selected, was “dispatch day”. Not sure who has ever had the choice of this, but it was a week late

Good but came pretty late I paid the extra for express 1-2 delivery and didn’t come when it was needed

ROSE CAME AS DESCRIBED AND ARRIVED PERFECTLY DESPITE ME LIVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN WA.DELIVERY DID TAKE ABOUT 3 DAYS

I placed an order yesterday for delivery and it was delivered the next morning and the receiver loved the flower so much she called me crying

Especially loved the sms and email to tell me they had been delivered. My Mum loved her pink Ros in the glass. Thank you for the great experience :)

Package went missing for over a week, was missing the pendant that was supposed to be with it. Tracking was useless as it couldnt tell me anything, every email sent asking where my order was went unanswered. First and last time ordering.

Item is as advertised. Excellent product would recommend it to anyone wanting something that lasts and value for your money. Thanks
