Received quicker than I thought, purchased a kit so I thought I would have to build the keyboard but it came pre assembled. The only difference from the advertised product is I received KTT mints instead of the sea salt lemons, but I will say I think the mints match the color scheme better and after reviewing the specs they are fairly similar.

This is my first DIY keyboard and i had fun building it. Quality is good, putting it together is easy enough, even for a total beginner. Looks great, feels great, sounds great. I got the ISO version that has white LED backlighting, and i think that RGB backlighting would have made is just a bit more special.

It's an excellent board! It's simple, but that's its appeal. The aesthetic of the board is beautiful. The layout is perfect for me cause it doesn't waste any space. The under-glow is bright and vibrant, and I really like that. The switches are a little hard to take off without scratching the board at the top and bottom, the middle rows are fine, but I still recommend it to beginners.

Really loving this board and the layout. Shipping was surprisingly fast and it came well packaged. I know some people are into the "unboxing" experience but I don't care either way. The box was wrapped up in multiple layers of bubble wrap and nothing was out of place. Building the board was also easy - including replacing the stabilizers. The cord included is fine, but I opted to upgrade. Overall, highly recommend.

Love this keyboard! It was very well packaged and easy to setup. The gasket change to the clear silicone ones was a good change, and I've experienced 0 issues in the week i've had it so far. It was very easy to flash and change the mapping to my liking, too. I'm so excited to have this be my primary keyboard going forward for all of my development work.

Way better than the CoolMaster Analog one I was using before. It matches perfect with my GMMK Pro. I'm still waiting for my GMK Laser keycaps to get here in April but does look good with Drops Shine-through keycaps. I have Glorious Panda switches on the top row and all Glorious Lynx switches on bottom.

It's a fantastic little keyboard. The kit itself is very well put together and I absolutely love the quality and feel of the board itself. The included keycaps we're actually a very nice surprise as well. The included keycaps we're actually very nice dye subs, but I wanted to use my sloth keycaps for this particular board. Overall, the ID42 is a great 40% keyboard and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a small keyboard.

My first 40% board - it's really fun! I outfitted with Penyu switches, foam in the case all the stab mods and KAT keycaps. Turned out quite well. I was surprised it sounded so low and thoccy for it's size. The split space bar made layer switching a breeze. VIA was very easy to make adjustments on the fly so I could dial in my layout.

It is beautiful and the sound is slightly on a higher pitch than what I usually build due to the brass plate which is how brass plate should be. I just like the fact that you can see the brass through the board which makes a great contrast between the board and the brass compared to PC plate which is kinda on the same shade of color to the board.

Pretty smooth. I'm a lefty so I appreciate the ability to move the numpad where I please. Comes with some extra parts to boot. The only con is the case enclosure uses small hex (tool included though) screws where flathead or phillips would have worked just fine.

I thought that this keycaps shouldn't be that good due the fact that they're made of PBT and that they're DYE Sub, but let me tell you, the characters are stunning. Such a great price for a nice thick boi keycaps, the color palette is pretty, and the novelties are so cute. I built this keyboard for a friend of mine and she loved it! 100% Recommended.

These have more texture than abs but smoother than some other pbt caps I've used. Using them on a Keychron Q3 w/ kailh box white switches. The south firing leds shine brightly through the caps and the legends are perfect. I've bought $100 sets that aren't as nice as these. The look, feel and sound are 10/10

Amazing feel and quality! I used AKKO Jellyfish switches and a DROP MT3 (Jukebox) keycap set. I purchased the polycarb bottom plate, because I've heard that it gives the board a much better sound. Very happy with this board and I would absolutely recommend it.

I expected it to take close to 2 weeks to arrive as it was shipping from China. It turned out to only take like 4 days which is pretty wild. It's absolutely gorgeous and I love everything about it. I swapped out the stabs for Durock V2's and they are a lot quieter and smoother. Everything was painless. I love it and I think it's perfect and beautiful. I'm using lubed switches so it has a super understated but deep sound. It is super heavy as well so be aware of that.

A top-tier 40% board. Thanks to the fact that it is compatible with VIA, you can easily setup a couple layers to give the board unhindered functionality while having an absolutely tiny footprint. Throw some speed switches and pudding keycaps in it and you have a perfect gaming. Lightweight. Very transportable (and it comes with a bag to do so!). Great build quality. Literally zero complaints. And again, I cannot reiterate how important the VIA compatibility is. Such a nice little board!

The keyboard itself is nicely machined, and it sounds great! The case does give a little bit of audible ping, and the gateron switches are a little scratchy. But they can easily be fixed with lube and other modifications. The layout itself isn’t hard to get used to as I thought it would. As it is stock, it’s a solid keyboard!
