Very good support, addressed an issue where almost all the LEDs stopped working by providing a new PCB for the keypad. I had to pay for shipping, not too bad, and had to replace the PCB with the hardware and gaskets from the old board. Everything works again.

this keyboard kit sounds very nice, and looks nice. I almost perfectly love it.
But this board has two downsides.
1. The material of the gasket is silicon. Silicon does well, too. But not very good for sound of board and flexible typing experience. But this is not a very big problem, because we can change gasket very easily. And it sounds pretty nice after changing the silicone gasket to a poron gasket.
2. The distance between the lower case and PCB is too narrow. I changed the silicone gasket...

I'm in love with this keyboard! I used some 62G everglide aqua kings in the build along with the polycarbonate plate instead of using the brass. Keycaps are the g skill crystals. I just need to find the right flash file for it. The default rgb for the top is red apparently. Going to play with it a bit and figure it out. All in all I would highly recommend this keyboard. It's gorgeous and the thock is outstanding.

This was my first 40% board.
I am using it currentrly, and pretty usable compared to my expectation.
I modded a little with tape mod, and stuffing poron sheet and sound nice with Lumia tactile switch.
The plate is stiff so matches well with tactile switches.
Additional keycap was super nice because I did not have dedicated 40s keycaps.

This is my first keyboard that I've put together myself and the sound quality is lovely. I enjoy how it effectively sounds like a PC plate/thock despite the plate being integrated into the top half of the aluminium case. The ID75 is my new daily driver. It feels very sturdy and well made. It was also a breeze to set up. The only thing I added out of pocket was some case foam for behind the PCB, and now it's the most comfortable keyboard I own, with the most personality by far. Thanks Idobao.

We purchased this keyboard for my Fiancee! She loves clacky tactile switches, so the integrated plate really was nice. I think the tape mod on this was necessary, as even with the crazy amount of foam this board comes with, it sounded hollow at first.
