They have three hardness levels but the first got too easy soon. The hardest is honestly still too hard for me and the medium is the one I am using for regular training. It burns as hell after a workout. Never thought chewing could be exhausting. :D

I decided to wait for a while before I gave my review, and I am very happy and satisfied with the chewing gum. I didn’t feel too confident in myself and wanted to improve the way I look, after failing with jawsize I decided to look elsewhere.
At first the chewing gum was really hard to chew and could feel the soreness in my jaw muscles after 10-15 minutes, 2 months later and it is a lot easier to chew, I have to chew 3 times the amount to feel my muscles ...

Just received couple of days ago. I’m little disappointed with shipping though coz we’re right next to each other and the shipping takes 10+ days. I’ve been with Chisell(another product) but compare to them the Jawliner appears to be strong although I haven’t used it yet. Will definitely update later on the durability and performance of Jawliner. I broke Chisell(product) right after 4 days of use. Had issues, but the support team helped me.
Got a pair of Jawliner Advanced and it broke earlier than expected.
I'm waiting for the support team to reply to my email, hopefully they'll solve this issue so I can actually get to use their products.
UPDATE: The support team is fantastic, they'll send a replacement and hopefully that'll do the job.

The best product i know for jaw training!
You can really good activate your jaw muscles just put the tongue on the top of your mouth and press it against the teeth and top. Then you activate the jaw you can stretch it if you put your head up and to the side. Just stay in this activate position and work by the feel.

I took a punt on the product, and boy, I am glad I did it works. Follow the instructions and exercise your jawline 3-5 times a week, 10-15 minutes a day. I use the gum (awesome too) to do jawline exercises on the days when I don't use the chew tabs.

The beginner is amazing. I started from nothing and saw an improvement in only 2 weeks. After 2 months, I have a very notable difference. So I tried out the jawliner beginner 3.0, but sadly I tore through it within a week. However, the jawliner support team came in clutch and sent me their gums. I highly recommend jumping immediately to the expert ones if you think you are quite strong, within the time span, I found those very effective !

Best mastic gum I’ve tried
This mastic gum is the best I’ve tried. All the others taste horrendous. The Jawliner gum has a nice minty taste to start and the consistency is perfect. I have hectic TMJ and grind my teeth when I sleep. I feel like this gum is helping to tire my jaw muscles and I’m waking up with less tension.
I’ll definitely buy again.
