I used the Jawliner set (Beginner, Advanced, and Expert) and continued training with each level as intended. Unfortunately, all of them tore after about two weeks of use (every other day). This happened consistently across all levels. I didn’t just try them briefly – I actually used them regularly and kept going, but the durability is clearly an issue. Because of that, I can’t recommend the product.

The flavour disappeares in less than a minute, the rest of the time is an annoying taste. So never last me much, never counted the time but I think 3 or 4 mins, maybe 5 max if I stretch. I bought this in an impulse, got the hardest strength and its not that hard. For me it is a waste of money, wont be buying again nor recommend, dont believe anything can be achieve by this and just not worth it
