on my first try i was very impressed by the hardness. While chewing it felt a little easy but i could see my muscle moving and working in the mirror while the workout.
After chewing i felt as asual, but the next day I heard some weird noises in my ear when moving my jaw. I think its because i chewed a bit longer than recommended,but today its already better and the noises are gone.
In the end i must say that i am Happy with the product and i will for sure have a good t...

die ultra hard sind wir echter kautschuk :) beschäftigt lange und man spürt die beanspruchung des kiefers.
allerdings ist die zuckerglasur am anfang etwas unnötig, verschwindet sowieso schnell und nervt eher zu beginn. da man vorsichtig zubeißen muss. ich glaube das publikum dafür habt ihr bestimmt, um bei ultra hards darauf verzichten zu können.

Has definitely helped to sculpt the back of my jaw, making it wider at the back, with a more prominent ramus area. I recommend chewing one gum piece on each side of your mouth, for even pressure on your TMJs. I feel like my actual jaw bone sits lower at the back which makes everything pop more. Hard enough gum to actually train your jaw on a daily basis without overloading it. Don't really feel any taste, which is actually more of a feature to myself, as I normally don't enjoy gums. Having it somewhat tasteless is perfect for the daily use in my opinion, also considering how quickly you get tired of the same taste.

In 54 days I went from chewing the Begginer Jawliner to the Expert Jawliner. On the last workout I did 3 sets (5 minutes long, holding each bite for 1 second) with 2 minute rest times. The goal is to chew for 30minutes straight (holding each bite for 1 second). Ive got no other way to progress now
