When looking at the picture online it looked as if I was going to get a large beautiful basket and when it arrived the size was not acceptable at all for what I paid! I bought a pound of the Budapest truffles for Father's Day. They were packed in a flimsy box that arrived crushed. Inside was piece of craft paper and a 100% soft & warm freezer pack with one pound of melted Budapest truffles.
Your packing materials showed that you really didn't care to deliver the truffles properly.

I was not expecting such tiny little pieces of Truffles. I use to purchases Truffles at the Mazza Gallery in DC and was terribly surprised when I opened the box and saw how they were sliced into such tiny pieces. Not attractive at all. That’s exactly why buy online is so disappointing.
