I sent you an email during the past weekend effectively stating that whoever does your shipping should use brains rather than trying to replicate an automaton.
I always thought perishables like chocolates didn’t ship at the end of the week. Shipping on a Friday to a business is stupid as most non-retail trade is closed. Ground in a local area is also equivalent to next day.

we have been enjoying Kron Truffles since we discovered the retail store on Wisconsin Ave. Over the years, we have ordered mostly for Valentine's Day to celebrate our relationship. It is disappointing to see the size of the package diminish but more importantly, the truffles that we received this year are not up to previous standards. I'm sure that you will do well, and we wish so but miss the previous products.

I never provide feedback, but I just have to say the cookies were terrible. I grew up in Washington, DC and frequent the Kron in Mazza Gallerie. Those cookies were amazing. (I please hope you realize, i'm not trying to be a jerk or troublesome...but they weren't worth eating even).
