I've used this for a couple of months now and it does relieve neck pressure. The only issue I've found is, I have a 19 1/2" neck and it's a bit tight when I inflate it. Other than that, I am getting plenty of use out of it.

I’ve suffered with neck pain for almost eighteen months despite visits to chiropractors and physiotherapists. I decided to give this device a try as I had basically nothing to lose. I have Lumbar spondylolysis, Lumbar spine instability and Other cervical disc displacement at C5-C6. Before this belt I could hardly walk or stand for more than 4 minutes. I was skeptical about this Dainely belt thing . Having pain in my SI joint was disturbing my sleep. I ordered it with low expectations but guess what? I have tried other belts but found them too wide so they tended to ride up. Your belt is narrow and can be worn against my skin (hence no pictures). In the last several days I have cut over four cords of wood including a lot of hand splitting. Your belt has served me well in that I have no residual after effects (pain) . This truly helped my husbands recovery from his disc compression. He has been going to this therapy for his back issue, he was out of commission for a month and a half and during the time is when I saw the ads for this and got him one. He was amazed how this works unlike the other belt he used before where it gave him more pain than relieve him. THE BELT DOES NOT FIX THE INJURY, BUT WHEN WARING IT TAKES AWAY MOST OF THE UNCOMFORTABLE PAIN. WOULD ADVISE OTHER PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR LOWER BACK PAIN AROUND THE L/4,L5 DISCS TO GIVE IT AGO, DEFFINETLY. MY INJURY INVOLVES THE S/1 NERVE ROOT COMPRESSION WHICH CAN HAVE CRONIC PAIN AT TIMES. I have really enjoyed using the Dainely neck stretcher. It just makes perfect stress that with anxieties and technology we end up stooping. I feel the neck stretcher gives your neck time to correct, and for the muscles to adjust to a better posture and make you more conscious of a good posture. I am very surprised at how the belt worked. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user who walks with crutches. I have osteoarthritis and am hyper mobile with a lot of pain. I generally don’t use supports. This device is great when it used in conjunction with the cloud neck stretcher. Spend 5 mins on the cloud then used the pump up stretcher for 5 to 15 mins to support the neck and allow it to relax in the correct position and start healing
