Ive been using it daily since it arrived, and It helps steady my spine, such that I dont feel as much pain. Especially when I need to lift slightly heavier things or push the supermarket trolley - the belt certainly prevents and reduces pain from all the lifting and pushing. Its almost 6 weeks now and yesterday while and after pushing the supermarket trolley I noticed there was no pain at all. From now on I am hoping to use it only on a need basis, as I am hoping the belt has improved my spine...

I wear my belt for a week then go without it for a week. WORKS SO GOOD! I wear it when I have to walk a lot such as in the store or to the doctors office and don’t worry about my hip hurting. I LOVE IT!!

I will say i was skeptical when i received this-i thought-this is it... but i have to say it seems to work-i was having constant neck pain and since i've been using this daily for 10 minutes or so-i have had no pain. It's been a month! So far am very pleased!

My back had been hurting for some time. When I saw your ad on Facebook I had to try it. I have enjoyed it so much and it holds my back straight. Keeps it from hurting. It is slim enough I can put it on just below my waist line and wear a longer top and it is not seen. I bought two sizes thinking the medium would be two small. Nope! Fits great. The larger one gives me almost a compleat wrap around. I love them. Thank you

I have worn this off and on for about a month and it does seem to help my back when worn. I have a bulging disc at L4 and L5 and pretty much have chronic pain in that area of my back. The belt gives more support and my back feels stronger when worn. I can't say if it will help long term, but I certainly hope so. The only fault I have found is the belt wrinkles badly vertically because it lies in the crook of hip joint. It wrinkles there when sitting and when standing or bending over.

Excellent, I was surprised by the quality of this belt, how soft and nice it feels on the body. Before this belt, I purchased another one similar, and it was far, far worse in every aspect. I cannot yet tell how useful it is though, because I haven't wore it enough.

I have been suffering with sciatic nerve for a while decided to try it out. Order came within one week. I ordered a size L and it didn’t quite fit but decided to try it out anyway. It quick and easy. Just wrap around your waist. It’s been a month or so and it does help a bit even though the belt big for me. It think I would be more helpful if I get the right size.

I play golf and have been having lower back pain (Static nerve pain). I wear this belt, and the sharp pain during my swing has been replaced by dull discomfort. This allows me to play a full 18-hole round. I know this is not a fix, but it helps.

The belt works for me. It supports my hip and is comfortable to wear all day. Careful when ordering you may accidentally order two because you think the order didn't go through. Customer service does not respond to emails.

The belt is not thick enough in terms of the width. For people with a big bum, it has to be thick. Frankly speaking, it did not last particularly the sticking part. So, it did not accomplish what we had expected because of the time it lasted.

This device does exactly what you say that it does. As soon as I put this on, I got/get instant relief from my sacroiliac joint. I can wear this for an hour or i can wear it for 6 hours regardless i feel like a new person with the belt on. absolutely love it. Truly is a life changer. highly recommend this!
